Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.
