Lake View Studios have been transformed from old outbuildings to lovely self contained studios set in 190 acres of idyllic Dorset countryside surrounded by picturesque lakes bustling with wildlife. Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

Spring Cottage - Lulworth Cove

Characterful with period features, Spring Cottage is a unique thatched property, sleeping 4, within 200 metres of Lulworth Cove. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen; cosy living room with charming inglenook fireplace, and dining room downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find a family bathroom with shower over bath; a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, and a twin bedroom. You'll be based right in the heart of West Lulworth, with a variety of restaurants, pubs, and seasonal shops on your doorstep.

Meadow View Shepherds Hut

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Meadow View is a hand built luxurious shepherd's hut, with sweeping views of the countryside. We are surrounded by green pastures & charming woodland which brings an array of wildlife to your doorstep such as Sika Deer along with a variety of woodland birds & large birds of prey. Meadow View Shepherds hut has a private entrance & patio with a shared parking space on our drive. Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do not accept any other animals

The Dorset Resort

The twelve 5 Star Scandinavian Log Homes at the Dorset Resort are made entirely from trees grown in the Nordic forests of Finland and available to rent from 2 days to 4 weeks. With 3 ensuite bedrooms, a further bathroom and 2 sofa beds the house is equipped to sleep 8 comfortably. Open plan living with fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels included for an easy break. A built in sauna adds that extra element of luxury with complimentary use of the Resort fitness suite and discounted golf.

Purbeck Nook

Escape to our beautiful, newly decorated, one bedroom annexe on the outskirts of Wareham. Located on the edge of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) our home and adjoining annexe sit in tranquil, leafy surroundings. You will have direct access onto the SSSI heathland where you will find a variety of wildlife including deer, foxes, sand lizzards and nightjars. We are a 5 minute drive from the convenience of Wareham town and have many beautiful landmarks, beaches and attractions nearby.

Cosy Purbeck Cottage on the Jurassic Coast

We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

The Hyde

Nestled in the countryside near Wareham,The Hyde is a charming, self-contained cabin perfect for two. It boasts a cozy interior with flexible sleeping options. The location offers easy access to local attractions including Arne RSPB, Corfe Castle,Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. A short walk away is the quaint market town of Wareham, with scenic riverside walks,pubs and restaurants. With its blend of natural beauty, historical sites, and cozy accommodation, The Hyde provides an idyllic getaway.

A lovingly created Shepherds hut for two, in walking distance of Lulworth Cove and all the village amenities. This is one of 2 huts each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Next to our garden and our neighbours. All of which are family homes. A fully self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and en-suite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Small enclosed garden; dog friendly.

Sea View Chalet - Durdle Door

Our Chalet is a treasured home away from home, overlooking stunning Durdle Door, a World Heritage Site on the beautiful Dorset Jurassic Coast…. The chalet has a large decking overlooking the sea, it’s a total escape…..it has 1 King Double bedroom with en-suite, & 1 twin, 2 shower rooms & fully fitted modern kitchen/living area which opens onto the large decking area and panoramic views of the sea… to the left is Lulworth Cove, to the right the Isle of Portland, amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Beautiful Lake view shepherds hut. Set in the heart of the Jurassic coast world heritage site. This private estate is a bird watchers paradise. Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.

Primrose Shepherds Hut

This hut is called Primrose. King size bed with 100% cotton linen, with a choice of pillows. Kitchen with a microwave/grill, small fridge and hob. Underfloor heating. Full size shower and toilet within the hut. Outside shelter for washing dogs/boots and facilities for bike washing on site. Private parking and enclosed garden with out door seating. Welcome pack provided. Famous Jurassic Coast Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, Monkey World and the Tank Museum are close.

Amazing converted church -Dorset’s Jurassic Coast

This dog friendly converted church is typically available April to October each year. It is set in its own grounds and consists of 2 large reception areas, 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ( one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. Surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside the property is on the banks of River Frome and close to the Jurassic coast. Most of Dorset's main attractions are within 5 miles.
