八ヶ岳南麓小淵沢の標高約1000m。住宅地の南端から先に広がるワイルドな草原と森林、山の眺望、星空を楽しめる一棟貸し宿です 草原から白いサギが羽を広げて舞い上がる姿を見ました。そして軒の出が深い白い平家のフォルムが鳥のようにも見えることから「WHITE BIRD」と名付け、壁に群れて舞う鳥の壁画を描きました 建物は中央のコアを構造体として、壁に大きく窓を開き、傘のように軒を伸ばしたユニークな建築です。洗面室を中心に寝室、リビング、キッチンをぐるりと配し各部屋は緩やかに繋がります。そして随所にある大小の窓はまるで風景が収まる額縁のよう。ダイニング前面の大窓からは草原と森林、天気の良い日には南アルプスも眺望できます 建物周囲はコの字型にデッキが巡ります。自然の風と光の中で南麓の原風景を感じていただきたい。庭の東家はアウトドアリビングとしてご利用いただけます。そこで湧水にやってくる鳥や野生の鹿にも出会えるかもしれませんね ここは人の暮らしと自然の境界にある宿です ※定員は4名ですが、大人だけの場合は3名までとなります ※表示の料金は2名までで1名追加される毎に1万円が加算されます

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

囲炉裏を囲んで仲間とゆっくり過ごせます。風や空模様に季節を感じながら、五右衛門風呂やかまど、昔ながらのスローライフが楽しめます(カセットコンロ、IHヒーター、シャワーあります)。薪ストーブクッキング、屋外でのBBQも出来ます。 　出雲市駅から自動車で10分。出雲大社へは２5分。近くに温泉もあります。20畳の和室がプライベートな寝室で、キッチンとトイレは共有です。蔵に設計事務所を併設していて平日は8時30から18時まで仕事をしています。眺めの良い茅葺の小間もお使い頂けます。 　エアコンもありますが夏は縁側を開け放って蚊帳を掛けると、夏の夜風が快眠を誘います。春から秋は蛙やヒグラシ、鈴虫などの懐かしい声が枕元に届きます。 　炭火や火起こしに不慣れな方はタイミングが合えばお手伝いします。薪は無料、囲炉裏を使う場合はBBQ炭を持参してください。 スーパーマーケットまで1､6キロ、出雲市駅まで5キロです。 田圃道、川土手などのを早朝にウォーキング，ジョギングすると気持ちいいです。 ペットは土間でお願いしています。7，8月は庭のブルベリーをどうぞ。
