The Lookout-Suffolk

The Lookout with unspoilt views across fields with large panoramic windows where the wildlife comes to you. All the year round comfort with an air source underfloor heating system through the colder months and the Lookout is a fantastic heat trap in warmer months inside and out. Quiet secluded location set in the small rural village of Lound on the Suffolk Norfolk border. Why not watch the sunset from the brand new electric hot tub, with the lights and jets it truly is a magical experience.

A beautifully presented spacious cottage set in the quiet seaside village of Corton. Boasting a friendly pub, fish & chip shop and corner store just next door. Just a few minute's stroll from Corton beach and a short drive away from the Norfolk Broads. The property includes a new kitchen orangerie and an extended patio area overlooking the garden. Spacious, homely and ideal for people wishing to explore the stunning East Coast. Agreed usage of neighbouring swimming pool for a small charge.

Large Family beach house with view/hot tub/Pets

Outside there is a BBQ with room to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. Long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
