Everything is great as usually

We had an absolutely wonderful few days in this Yerevan apartment with my parents, and it's definitely one of our best travel memories. The location is truly a gem, offering easy access to everything the city has to see and do. The apartment feels spacious and airy, with a beautifully fresh and stylish interior, and all the appliances were in perfect working order. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep, and the large bathroom upstairs was a great convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped for our short stay. The staircase was a particular highlight for me, adding a lovely and unique touch to the apartment's character. Kérani made our arrival seamless with a flexible check-in option and provided excellent communication, including detailed directions and useful local recommendations before our trip. Wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very clean, convenient and just located next to the lovers park. Very quiet area. If you walk to city center it takes about 18 minutes, metro station is close by too, but we took all the time taxi, costs 500-800 if not in rush hour. You have all you need in the apartment, wash machine, dish washer, also kitchen equipments, feels like home. It’s a good choice if you plan to stay serval days in Yerevan

Karina is a host you’re wishing for during your stay - welcoming and friendly in her communication, always ready to help and support you with your stay and any questions you might have :) As for the apartment itself - the location is perfect, very private and up in the hills which gives a nice view not only on the Ararat mountain, but the whole town. Restaurants, spa and main sights - all reachable within walking distance :) Thanks to Karina once again for the nice stay we had :)
