This place is a Gem truely one of the best places I've stayed abd I have stayed at many , very clean and tidy, spotless in fact plenty of places to eat ir drink if you wish and very very quite so can rest in peace a beautiful location and stay ,I will definitely go back.

We had a great stay here, the location of the flat is very central - easy walking distance to shops and seafront/pier. The bedroom is very spacious and the flat as a whole is clean and has everything you need. The steps down to this basement flat are steep and fairly narrow, something to keep in mind. However we managed with our 5 month old just fine. Lucio couldn’t have been more helpful - he answered our questions very quickly on message throughout our stay, and before. He was also flexible with our check out request. Would highly recommend this place!

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

The second time that we have been back, and hopefully not the last. An amazing property and location, which makes a stay in Brighton feel really special. Sam and Emma are super responsive and helpful, which makes it even more wonderful and no stress at all.

Amazing location on the sea front. A really spacious, and surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. Really helpful host, thank you! Complimentary eye masks provided for bedrooms which is definitely needed. Well equipped and very clean.

I cannot fault Philips apartment at all. it is absolutely incredible with everything you would need and more - and walking distance to the main centre, yet far away enough to be away from the noise. Philip supplied a cot (fantastic quality) along with prep machine and steriliser for our 8 week old. He greeted us and was so welcoming. we are already booked in for our next trip. Such a lovely stay and getaway :) It really is a beautiful home.

Lorna's place was ideal for our stay in the area. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space for 4 of us. We really appreciated the little touches, like chocolates on arrival and milk in the fridge!

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

absolutely wonderful place, exactly as described. In a fantastic location, so close to the sea with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. so peaceful and relaxing. would stay here again.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

Our stay for NYE at Dolphin Cottage was absolutely amazing. John was a fantastic host who we happened to meet on the way in as he was dropping off eggs and fresh bread for our stay! He was so welcoming and gave us clear instructions as to how everything in the house worked; the heating, fire, tv etc. The house was in the perfect location, a short walk to all amenities and across the road from the beach. We’d recommend the cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

To be honest the pictures don't do this place justice. If you think it looks amazing in the pictures you'll even more surprised when you see it in person. Beautiful property, amazing location. The walk around the river is lovely. Didn't make it to the lake. There's a little hight street with a few food places and its about a 25 min drive into Brighton. Each floor has a balcony looking over the river. Beds are very comfortable. The place is very well looked after with no expense spared. The second lounge has a big TV with a good surround system so if you want to watch a movie or sports it's perfect. Came down with a few friends for one night to get away for the weekend. We booked the night before but Amy and Tom were very responsive, helpful and friendly and the whole thing was very easy to organise. Amazing hosts. Perfect getaway spot. Will definitely be looking to visit again.

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

The accommodation was ideally situation. James was very responsive with an issue we had and it was fixed the same day. In regards to the kitchen etc - all was well equipped & all rooms were very clean. The house was a little smaller than expected and the cafe downstairs advertised on the website was in-fact closed down so this should be removed perhaps However excellent weekend away
