Jack's place was extremely clean with very clear instructions. Perfect quiet spot to rest, just a few minutes away from Manhattan. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Je recommande cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur New York et avec un accès facile en bus pour aller sur NYC via Port Authority. Nous avons également eu la chance de faire la connaissance de Sal qui s est montré extrêmement sympathique.

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Bayonne Beauty is the perfect stay—every little detail has been so well thought out that anything you could possibly need is right there. From the cozy, well-designed space to the thoughtful amenities, it felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had all the right touches to make my stay seamless. The only challenge was parking. I had a bit of bad luck and almost got my car towed for parking on the private land, so be sure to double-check where you leave your vehicle. Aside from that, everything about my stay was amazing. Highly recommend Bayonne Beauty for anyone looking for a well-equipped and comfortable stay!

Great host, very helpful on instructions to get to on the bus. Flexible check out as our flight was later in the evening. Great location as was outside of the city but the bus journey was fast and we went past the manhattan skyline along the way. Would definitely recommend!

La pasamos muy bien en Union City, en el estudio de Dana. A pesar del frío, el estudio siempre estaba bien climatizado. Los elementos de cocina funcionan muy bien y nunca faltó agua caliente. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y podíamos pasear a nuestra perrita sin problemas o incluso sacarla al baño a la 1 am, sin sentirnos inseguros. Las paradas de autobús están muy cerca y se puede llegar a Manhattan en 20 minutos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Vue magnifique sur Manhattan by nigth ! La balade aux alentours est tranquille et agréable. Le quartier est plutôt calme. Il faut compter 15mn de bus de New York ou bien faire la traversée en bateau. Samuel est réactif à la moindre question. Je recommande !

L’appartement de Tahini offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix. C’est un pied à terre idéal pour visiter New York sans se ruiner. Le quartier est très agréable à vivre, beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité moins chers qu’à NYC. NYC n’est qu’à 30/40 minutes en bus de l’appartement avec des liaisons toutes les 10 minutes. Tahini est très réactive et nous avons apprécié toutes ces petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, ausreichend Platz und eine Küche in der man (theoretisch) gut kochen kann. Die Bushaltestelle mit dem direkt Bus nach NYC zum Times Square ist ca 10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber die Straße ist recht steil mit starkem Anstieg. Ansonsten alles super!! Nestor war hilfreich und hat immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen. Der Eingang ist sehr privat und auch in der Gegend fühlt man sich nicht unwohl. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen und bleiben, sehr große Empfehlung! Vor allem für den Preis ☺️

Recomiendo 100% este apartamento, creo que es una excelente opción teniendo en cuenta la calidad y la ubicacion. Hay un bus que pasa cada 5 minutos por la esquina y te deja en la estación donde puedes tomar otro bus o metro para moverte facilmente a cualquier punto de NY. Moises siempre ha estado pendiente de cada consulta, ayudandonos con todas nuestras dudas. Apartamento amplio, moderno y con equipamiento de calidad. Volveremos!

This place is just like the pictures or even better. I had a really nice stay and with my friends it was my birthday so I really wanted to go out and celebrate so it was pretty close too Manhattan so it was great. There were a few times for me and my friends were pretty loud and my neighbors complained and Yanet texted us being real respectful telling us and that they have quiet hours which I was real grateful for the kitchen was so nice and clean real modern and the rooms were the best. Don’t leave. Bad thing I have to say is damn I wish I had more time to stay there. It’s a really beautiful place. I would totally come in here and the prize is pretty good Yanet is a pretty good host and let the place spotless for us to use and it’s great cause it could sleep eight people or a few more anyways I’ll totally come back here and for sure book more dates cause it was an amazing three days for anyone that is looking to stay here I would highly recommended. Staying at Mr. Prakash’s place felt like being at home — or even better, like visiting a beloved relative. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Prakash welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt comfortable and cared for. The home was spotless, beautifully arranged, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Mr. Prakash went above and beyond in every way — always available, incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely hospitable. This wasn’t just a stay; it was a heartfelt experience that we’ll always remember. We are so grateful and would return without hesitation. Highly, recommend!

Bernards penthouse is really a spectacular penthouse - unlike many other apartments that claim to be one: The elevator brings you directly in the apartment on the 7th floor, there are two huge terraces that wrap the whole place and the 360° view of the skyline of Manhattan and of New Jersey and the skylis spectacular. The apartment ist very spacious and comfortable (with two bathroom and three toilets!). It is luxurious even though not everything is brand new. You can see that someone actually lives here, there is a lot of personal decoration, but we found this charming - a place with a soul. The kitchen is also remarkably very well equipped (Bernard is a chef!). It's not a tourist area at all, the neighbourhood is purely Latin American, simple but pleasant and the location in West New York (New Jersey) is good and relaxed. There are different options to get to Manhattan. You can take the two buses around the corner (2 minutes walk) or there are several buses a little more far away (10 minutes walk) or you can even go to the next port with the Light Rail and take the ferry from there (see timetables of NJ Waterways). Within 20 to 40 minutes, depending the option you choose and the traffic situation, you are at Port Authority near Time Square.
