In 2021, wifi was added to this once landline-locked retreat so guests can remotely work or study in the woods. Bluetooth speakers are outside, and a turntable, with albums ranging from Rodgers & Hammerstein to Laura Nyro to Ralph Stanley, is available inside. And a wall of movies. And books....

Our home is a spacious, chalet style cabin outfitted with comfortable beds, tons of common area space, is near everything you’re coming to Hunter to enjoy. Two of our bedrooms have side by side queen beds and the other has a king bed. There are three full baths, all with showers. The basement game room has a pool table, convertible ping pong top, foosball and lounge area with tv. Enjoy a Mountain View outside at our dining and lounge furniture. Locates half a mile to Hunter Mountain base.

Huge private yard surrounded by Mountain Views and the sound of the stream in ravine off the back! 8 minutes to Phoenicia, 12 Minutes from Hunter Mountain & Tannersville, 20 minutes to Belleyere and Wyndam BUT on a flat acre within the Catskills preserve so you feel private with nature but never isolated! My 900 sq ft cabin was built in the 1960s by an artist and renovated with recycled & repurposed materials. (We are told it may also have been a witness protection house😮)

Serene & tranquil 1920's farmhouse on 3 acres. The 4 bedroom home is well-appointed nestled magically at the base of Diamond Notch Mountain, the Hollow Brook farm property has a year-round stream running through it. Come and eat under the lighted apple tree, light a bonfire in the rock pit and roast marshmallows, in the morning let the children play on the wood play-set while you make pancakes and eggs. There is a hike at the end of the road to a beautiful mountain paradise.

12 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, 25 min to Windham. 9 min to Phoenicia and 30 min to Woodstock which all have year-round activities and wonderful food options. Nestled in the heart of the Catskills on a street that dead-ends into the Diamond Notch Falls trailhead, the location is gorgeous and centrally located. Take a morning walk to see the neighboring horses at Diamond Notch Trails or in Summer evenings enjoy a frog concert by the equestrian pond.
