Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Beautiful 40m2 cottage for 2 people, great view to mountains and northern lights (Aurora Borealis) in winter. This home includes 1 living room , 1 bedroom (default double beds) and 1 bathroom with shower. In the kitchen is a Nespresso machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace with mountain views and a hot tub. In the house is a smart TV. The unit has a bed that can both be double and twin, double is default but make twin for a request.

Hinter der kleinen Stadt Melahverfi, welche an der Ringstraße ausgeschildert ist. Akranes ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Im Herbst und Winter lassen sich hier auch die Nordlichter gut beobachten. Obwohl die Aussicht wunderbar ist, kommt man nicht umhin, ein paar Kilometer weiter ein Aluminiumwerk zu sehen.
