It is conveniently situated on a private road on the edge of Ilfracombe, with direct access to the Tarka Trail and the Cairn Nature Reserve. In a secluded rural setting, it is only a 20 minute stroll down the hill to the High Street and a few minutes more will take you to the picturesque harbour area. Ilfracombe benefits from free car parks/roadside parking between 6pm - 8am, alternatively, there is a regular bus service.
