Ericka’s stay was more than expected. I felt right at home as I walked in with tons of amenities making it even more cozy during the stay. Ericka was very open in communication being responsive, helpful and friendly with easy and clear instructions for a self check in. There are supplies for the four legged fury friends as well. Full kitchen and living supplies you should ever need along with labels making navigation to comfort a breeze. This place is a favorite in the area

Stayed at Justin’s place while visiting my son for mom’s weekend. Everything was perfect! One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Justin was flexible with check in and very responsive to messages. The home was super clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The couches and throws in the living room were soft and so cozy for watching tv and reading. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully available. Really nice selection of snacks too. Highly recommend Justin’s place to anyone visiting the area. I hope to have a chance to stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood, in a small town. Close to the grocery store and places to eat in town. It was a clean place and it was affordable and close to where I needed to go. I will definitely stay again!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb. Just walking in the door, I felt as if I were home. The environment has a very "Homie" feel; I could relax completely without anything out of order. Thank you, Mark and Michelle, for another outstanding rest stop! You are a true blessing!

A beautiful place and an exceptional value in a nice area. The lodgings are spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is walkable and close to downtown shops. Everything was wonderful. The only thing that might be an issue for some is a train horn from nearby tracks that sounds periodically, including at night. Otherwise, it's a little slice of paradise.

I had some questions, so I sent a message to Mrs. Priscilla and she responded right away and with more than one suggestion. This place is so well organized, clean, peaceful and beautiful. I felt like I was in a serene retreat. Will be staying there again, when I attend any other event in Vandalia Illinois. Thank you guys for making me feel like I was home away from home.

We loved our 5-night stay at Barb’s place. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood with big mature trees. We were able to enjoy walking around the quiet area with two parks very close by. Barb was an amazing host and made us feel right at home. 10/10 for sure!!!

We had a great stay at the DeSherlia Landing hosted by Daniel and Tiffany. The condo was located within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Close to the fun but very quiet and peaceful when you were done for the night. The Loading Dock was just across the way. They had a cute little table with chairs on the patio and you could see the great Ole Mississippi while enjoying your coffee in the morning. The condo was spotless and we had everything that we could possibly need. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much for your kind attention and hospitality! Damon was a very responsive host, and was flexible with me when I had to change my check-in time. The apartment is in a community, but toward the back so there was little through traffic. The apartment was very clean, comes with all the amenities I need, and just the perfect size I need. The attached garage is a great feature as well.

Daniel’s place is perfect for our visits to the area. My friend and I especially like having separate bedrooms, and the space has everything we need for comfort and convenience. It’s perfectly located to access, via walking, all our desired places in the area. Additionally, Daniel is very responsive - there was a problem with the door lock, and he was there pronto to fix!

Great place. Great location. Daniel was super nice. Happened to be visiting on a weekend when the flea market was in session! Fun people and watching and fun visiting the flea market. Opposite end of town from the activities of the more active bars, but absolutely walkable and quiet when you wanted to get away from it all.

Tina was incredibly responsive and took extra care to be sure our three-year-old was well-accommodated. She graciously worked with us on an early check-in when we arrived in town sooner than expected, which was so appreciated. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home for the week.
