This was my second stay at this Airbnb. Just walking in the door, I felt as if I were home. The environment has a very "Homie" feel; I could relax completely without anything out of order. Thank you, Mark and Michelle, for another outstanding rest stop! You are a true blessing!

Great stay! We will definitely be back. Right next door to a Walgreens that sells adult beverages and any other basics you may need. Close to a lovely breakfast spot, Cozy Corner, and the apartment was in a safe and diverse neighborhood. We had a blast!

For the price of a hotel room, we got a whole apartment plus a rental car. We could make our own meals or find restaurants within an easy drive (also walkable probably outside of winter weather). A comfortable place on a quiet street. The kitchen is well equipped.

We were very satisfied with our stay here! The hosts were gracious enough to let us check in early, and the apartment was very modern, clean, and stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee, and the living room was the perfect place to relax under a blanket and watch TV or play one of the provided board games. The bathroom was clean and the bedrooms were exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with connecting the TV to the WiFi. The only issues we had were that it was very easy to hear a lot of creaking from the upstairs neighbors walking around and the AC seemed to turn off in the middle of the night and it got warm in the early mornings. Overall, everything was as expected if not above and beyond, and we would 100% come back for another stay!

Great location to base out of for exploring downtown and other neighborhoods. Easy access to transit. Walkable to the center area. Unit had comfy mattresses, and bedding, nice towels, toiletries in the shower, and was so clean! We made use of the coffee station. Convenient washer dryer and detergent in unit. Great stay!

Michael’s place was exactly what my family needed. Parking was convenient and easy, although everything was easily walkable. We all appreciated our own room and our own space. It’s a very safe neighborhood and we had a great stay.

Amazing place to stay. Jane had plenty of snacks in the house. Made cookies and snacks for us. Made us feel at home in a quiet neighborhood that was very walkable to great restaurants, coffee and donuts.

Karen was a wonderfully responsive host. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great location with proximity to the lakeshore trail.

Tons of wonderful amenities that were super generous, including a lot of food, and ways to make it! I would recommend bringing your own coffee or planning to check out a local coffee shop if you don’t like flavored or decaf coffee. El was super encouraging of us to use the driveway to park, which was really helpful as it narrows quite a bit once it runs alongside the home. Once the neighbor’s dog was inside for the night, it was really quite peaceful, and I loved the dark bedroom for sleeping. Really, such a great find for slightly larger groups (I could imagine it would be perfect for a girls weekend trip), but also felt cozy for just my mom and me, too. Really do highly recommend!!

Stayed at Justin’s place while visiting my son for mom’s weekend. Everything was perfect! One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Justin was flexible with check in and very responsive to messages. The home was super clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The couches and throws in the living room were soft and so cozy for watching tv and reading. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully available. Really nice selection of snacks too. Highly recommend Justin’s place to anyone visiting the area. I hope to have a chance to stay here again!

I think this is the only Airbnb we’ve ever made it a point to return to. They truly have something for everybody from the fire pit, yard games, ping pong, bags, soccer, s’mores, provided breakfast, surprise homemade cookies, etc. Top notch!

Very nice place to host our large family Christmas gathering. Plenty of room for everybody. The game room was very much appreciated and well used.

I had a wonderful two-night stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. I especially appreciated the small touches that made it feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Beautiful house situated on a wonderful tree-lined, quiet and safe street. I spent my mornings in a wonderful coffee shop, less than a three minute walk from the property - absolutely fantastic location! The property itself is exactly as pictured - four wonderful spacious double bedrooms and two big bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. The kitchen and lounge area are wonderfully decorated throughout and again, exactly as pictured. Excellent attention to detail throughout the property, including laundry facilities and bathroom amenities, which we were super grateful of. Honestly, I was very sad to leave, and would move in tomorrow if I could! Highly recommend this home to anyone!

This condo is well appointed and stocked with coffee, creamer and seasonings. The building has a nice common area with fancy coffees and a decent work out room. We love the location near downtown Evanston and the public transportation to Chicago. We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay here for all our Chicago visits.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

Great location to drive into the city and suburbs for the various meetings we had. There are good cafes within walking distance. Strongly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!
