We had a fantastic stay at this property! The room was comfortable and personal, and even though the kitchen was shared, the space still felt private and intimate—perfect for me and my wife. The lush greenery around the wonderful pool created such a relaxing atmosphere. Despite there being other rooms available, the property never felt crowded, which made our experience even better. In fact, we loved it so much that we extended our stay! The host was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to messages, and there was always a staff member nearby to assist with anything we needed. The location was also a highlight—great neighborhood, friendly surroundings, and an overall peaceful vibe. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay!

Great kubo experience and a pet friendly place. The resort is clean and well maintained The host and the staff were very accommodating. We arrived on an Easter Sunday and this was our first out of town trip with our puppy. We were lucky to have the place all to ourselves. We had fun and enjoyed our overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but vacation is over.

A home away from home, that's why we felt comfortable from the very start. The hosts and their staff are so accommodating and welcoming. The ammenities available served their purpose from their comfortable beds, kitchen, dining area, and especially the pool to our children's delight. Will certainly come back, longer this time♥️

First, this place is awesome! Very clean and modern. Very well maintained. Resort like feeling. Right on the beach of a fishing village. Go for long walks on the beach while observing the locals daily fishing activities. You can by freshly caught fish off the boat which I did. Second, Onar is a great host. Friendly and always available to make sure you have everything you need and we'll taken care of. Goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I've been a long time world traveler and AirBnb customer and this has to be the best stay I experienced. Thank you Onar!

Met our needs. We were 3 adults. Clean, spacious, kind hosts. Large clean pool and situated right on the sea. Just pay attention to the directions cuz it’s a little narrow road from the main highway.

Our family had a nice time especially the kids even if it was just for one night.

Owner was very responsive. Addressed the internet hiccups and toilet flush issue we had on our 1st day. Guard on duty was nice, friendly and helpful too. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. Kitchen/Dining area was spacious. Also, the sunset from their resort was captivating. Beach was quite rocky, though. My kids just played in the sand instead and spent more time in the pool. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Place was serene and relaxing. No noisy crowds. Owner also allowed us to checkout late for free as a compensation for the issue we had initially. Nice gesture and is greatly appreciated.

They were very friendly and I suggest booking this place while it’s still not that known, You get to have the whole resort to yourselves 🐰

The place is definitely worth its price. The beach area can still be improved to level up the experience, but the resort itself offered us a comfortable stay. Our group enjoyed the place. There were some changes with our schedule, and the host was able to help us secure new dates immediately. The staff also helped us a lot and were very hospitable during the whole stay. If there is something that can be improved in the place, the water pressure in some rooms was not as strong as the others, which made it challenging to have a quick shower. That can easily be fixed. Overall, my experience with Alyanna's Garden Resort was really good, and we'll definitely go back in the future. :)

The place is nice and clean. The host ia very accomodating and friendly even thier staff. recommemded for family or barkada out of town. We enjoy the beach and the pool is clean.

Our favorite spot when in Ilocos Sur!

Like in my previous post, I love this place! If you’re in La Union and considering a clean, fun and peaceful area look no further this is it!

If you're coming in as a foriegner you made need someone to translate on your behalf and seeing that the accomadtions are rural and beach side it is perfectly reasonable to expect some lively inhabitants in your place. That being said the area is beautiful and most relaxing. The art is stunning and the view is one of a kind. I highly reccommend this place and would go again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Balay by the Sea, it was so beautiful since it’s just a few steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the outdoor space and how quiet the neighborhood was, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The host, Ms. Tanya is very responsive and helpful with a lot of our concerns. As well as the caretakers, Kuya Ogie and Ate Benny, they are very kind and accommodating on our needs and offer great local recommendations. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. It was for sure home away from home, would definitely stay here again!

The place is located along a serene beachfront with well placed open spaces under lush trees. Given the value, extended stays wouldn't be a problem and is great for digital nomads with the fast and reliable internet connection. Overall, the place is a good mix of peace and quiet, perfect for those that want to disconnect but want to still be reachable. Kit is a wonderful host and was very understanding to our needs. You are guaranteed quality service from check-in to check-out. Requirements are clear and concise. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

We enjoyed a delightful Christmas at Cabana, along w/ our pets (cat & dog), making it a cozy celebration. The expansive garden facing the beach added to the charm, feeling like a piece of paradise. 🥹🫶🏼✨ Manang Veron, our caretaker, took care of us, even though we were initially hesitant to inquire about our cooking arrangements due to another family in the area. 🤣 Kit & Manang Veron patiently waited for our delayed arrival, as we were supposed to be there by 12NN but got caught in traffic, reaching at 5PM. 😅

Host is very responsive and accomodating. The place is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for digital detox 😁
