I stayed at the apartment for three weeks. I had a wonderful stay and it met all my needs. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. There was always help on hand from Musa and the property manager. The house was gated and secure. It was set in a vibrant community and I was able to get benefit from local services such as hair braiding, shoe repair and suya ( grilled meat). I even had someone help me weigh my cases prior to travel. My feedback would be; we were given a brief tour of the apartment but it would be useful for a detailed tour of how things work, we had many queries in the first few days. It would also be useful to have more utensils in the kitchen such as knives and cutlery. Overall I throughly recommend this apartment and hope to visit again in future.

It's a good place to stay if looking for budget friendly place, quietness and peace. The staff on site especially Mayowas was great and super responsive. He should get a pay rise...lol Shower pressure on the top floor could be better by adding pressure pump to the water works and better if AI is used to control power distribution instead of calling the office every time to authorise microwave use when the building is being run on alternative power sources. All together, I will stay there again but on the ground floor and ask if appliances in my apartment can be preauthorized to use any time.

Kaydee was very responsive from booking to check in. He was very flexible with my check-in time and the changes I needed to make for my stay. The on-site hosts were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs, assisting me a great deal throughout my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short- or long-term stay. I did encounter some minor issues with a few appliances, but they were swiftly addressed once I brought them to the host’s attention. Overall, my experience at Kaydee’s place was very comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you Kadee and team.

I and my family enjoyed our stay. We did a week and later added few more days. It’s a place we will like to stay again. Also thanks to Mr Victor the man on the apartment. He was helpful and friendly. Nice environment too plus good security. Complete amenities as listed on the apartment details. I’d recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you to the Host too. The place is just as described. A place you will always want to come back to. Quiet and peaceful home!! Everything listed is present, the host and family members are always on ground to help incase you need anything. A lot of restaurants around incase you don't like cooking. Super markets and local markets are just walkable distance away. I will recommend this apartment over and over again.

I stayed at Chucks place for 2 weeks and i will say it was satisfactory. There are few challenges but the team will tackle it before it becomes a problem. The security was good. The road leading to the estate is bad. Overall i will recommend Chucks place.

I had an enjoyable time here during my stay. The apartment was just as the photos and very decent. The pool was great for evening hang-outs, Power was 24/7 although on a couple of occasions the Air-conditioning was not operational while using the back-up power in some rooms. Ufoma was very proactive and helpful. I will definitely come again. Thanks

The was very clean and spacious. The gym inside was a bonus. Emmanuel was very helpful, nothing was too much for him to do and support me on. I will certainly recommend it to other traveller. The fact that it was very near to the airport was great, did not have to worry about traffic on my day of travel.
