This luxurious one bedroom, 2 full bath villa has French doors opening to a large lanai overlooking a tropical garden of live oak and palm trees. Sea Oaks is a 5 Star Tennis & Beach community with 16 beautifully maintained har-tru tennis courts. Our newly renovated Beach Club offers fine dining and an oceanfront gazebo bar.

Direct Oceanfront 3 Story With Rooftop Terrace!

Vero Beach, a hidden gem nestled direct on Ambersand Beach, the heart of the Treasure Coast with incredible views from the rooftop terrace. The views are incredible from the large rooftop terrace with seating/lounge chairs to sunbathe and enjoy the sunrise from the Atlantic with your coffee and the sunset overlooking the Indian River with your cocktail. For the active ones, we have two double seat kayaks to drop in the lagoon across the street and two beach cruiser bikes. Views for days!

Enjoy fishing, golf, tennis, and all Vero has to offer! The home is equipped with games, bikes, beach chairs, pool and beach toys, and a basketball net to be used during your stay. The private beach can become eroded after some storms, however, there are several public beaches just a short drive or bike ride away!

You can play on the clay tennis courts, work out at the gym, and some lunch or dinner oceanside. Enjoy beautiful walks. On the west side, you can walk or fish on the dock. Enjoy amenities that Sea Oaks offers. There is a $100 application fee and a charge of $27.82 per day that must be paid before arriving to Sea Oaks directly.

You can hear the ocean while relaxing on the screened patio, sitting at the firepit table. It is conveniently located several houses down from the Unique Village Shops, delicious Citron Bistro, and gourmet market, all in a quick stroll before or after the beach. Dogs OK on approval! 14-90 day stays.
