place was great, lot of food places near by, local pub was nice. close to bus stop takes youvto mascot train station. 5 mins from airport. fairly priced for location, amenities. place was five stars, dimitry's hostingvwas 10 stars. from the booking, dimitry is in constant communication guiding thtlrough out, tesponsive at any point of time. place was safe and secure. definitely recommend for families with small kids, if you hire a car there is car park in cellar for additional fee. Sydney is lovely, worth evry minute.

The apartment was a great place to base ourselves for a work trip for a month. Not only is the apartment super comfortable and lovely (great deck and view surrounded by tropical vegetation and beautiful birdsong every evening) but we enjoyed the complex pool and gym too! Really handy and great quality equipment. The location is excellent for a walk to Newtown and very well connected into the city (or anywhere else) with a range of reliable bus connections. The check-in / check-out is simple and communication with the hosts excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We checked in around 4pm, after attending an important family function nearby. We went out to dinner at 6pm (thanks to Marc for the recommendation), in bed by 9pm, and left at 7am to head back to airport for flight home. A flying visit with accommodation very close to everything we required - so location and everything else was spot on.

We loved our stay here. It was in a great location, being near Newmarket and there were loads of pubs and restaurants to visit. The house was decorated very well, it was cosy and relaxing. Fiona provided lots of extra little things which definitely came in handy throughout the week. The washer-dryer was especially useful as this was our second week of our holiday. We had a great stay and will be back!

Really nice spot with ample natural light surrounded by trees. While there was no AC, the studio is well ventilated and a comfortable temperature in summer.

We just stayed 5 nights with Justin and John and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Airbnb. It’s in a lovely street and suburb - with lots of interesting buildings. Easy access to public transport. You can see the water from the back garden. Very generous hosts who left all the essentials plus lots of treats. The studio is clean and comfortable with oodles of charm. Justin and John were very kind and helpful with suggestions, recommendations and offers of assistance. We hope to return for another holiday.

Great location and pet friendly with dog park and walking track nearby. Parking with access straight into the unit was certainly a plus!

This place was awesome! The area was clean, comfortable and very well organized. It felt cozy and relaxing to spend time in during the few rainy days we had during our visit. The location was fantastic as well. With the exception of some airplanes that fly over, this is a quiet neighborhood. With only a few minutes walk up the street, we had access to some great cafes and the bus line to get into town for cheap. John was a phenomenal host. He gave us clear, detailed instructions before we arrived and gave a thorough walkthrough of the place when we arrived. The space is modern and probably the most tech-savvy Airbnb I’ve stayed in, and John took the time to explain how everything worked in person. He also gave many recommendations from around the neighborhood and to the CBD. We wish could have stayed longer to visit all of his recommendations! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a place we’d come to again if we ever find ourselves back in Sydney!
