We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

This Airbnb and its host, Cindy, deserve six stars! Great location; serene, in nature, yet close to everywhere. Superbly clean, elegantly decorated, full of functional and welcoming details. Excellent communication with the host.

It was just what the doctor ordered! Quiet, secluded, and affordable. The host and owner were very friendly and accommodating. We were in Florida to visit kids and grandkids. Amid all the chaos of that, it was nice to come back to a quiet place to unwind. The nature sounds around you during the day and at night were a plus! We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

Chad and Lindsey were great hosts. We appreciated their hospitality. The home was very nice. the area is great it location is close to everything you need. Our month long stay was a great value and well worth cost. We would highly recommend Chad and Lindsey's place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Spacious. Had everything to accommodate kids including plastic kitchenware! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too! We had fun and enjoyed the space. The host was great as well! ^_^

The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

I traveled to FL for my son’s spring break to meet with friends. The space is exactly as described and Geri is a friendly, gracious and responsive host. The lakeview is awesome from both the master bedroom and living room porch/balcony. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. Only caution is if your child is like mine and believes mom’s cooking is necessary, even while on vacation (lol), be sure to bring your own spices. Otherwise the space is comfortable and sufficient. I would certainly stay again if Geri will have me.

This is our second stay and will definitely return! The bed is very comfortable, the space is super clean and the area is quiet but close to everything. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

We had a great experience in Edith’s home! As soon as we pulled up to the unit we felt like we were at home. It has a country and cozy feel to it. Upon entering we found that the home was welcoming. There is a brief introduction the owners upon entry which I thought was nice. The rest of the house was clean and simple. I was able to make myself at home without feeling like I was in someone else’s home. We had everything we needed and got what we paid for. The price was fair. Edith was a pleasure to deal with and made the process easy! If I HAD to make any recommendations it would be for some firmer pillows but that is personal preference! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and private surroundings. Pool was very clean. Condo was immaculate! Bed was very comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to sunrise. Lots of light-windows provided great view of the marsh land. Close to a beach and plenty of restaurants. Manatee tours nearby. Would highly recommend to others.
