What a wonderful stay. Nice quiet area and the den with the view over the sea. Stunning. And Jessica was a wonderful host. Thank for all and maybe one time….

We had such a lovely and relaxing time away - just what was needed for the bank holiday weekend. The pod was exactly the same as the photos and everything was clean and just as described.

Really enjoyed my short stay here. Host was more than attentive to our needs. I would 100% stay again. The views were unmatched, beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what was needed. Very close to all the activities we wanted to do in the area as well so it was a perfect stay. I wasn’t a massive fan of the electric cooker but I have gas at home and am used to that so probably just me not fault of the host or the property. All in all 5 star 10/10.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, abgelegen, mit Schaf- und Kuhweiden. Die Tomatin Destillerie ist sehr nahe und sehr zu empfehlen! Auch Inverness ist sehr nahe und für den Einkauf ist Aviemore sehr zu empfehlen, hat dort einen Lidl und mehr. (waren mit dem Mietauto unterwegs) Einziger Punkt: die Küche ist recht einfach ausgestattet, wir hatten daher in Aviemore noch ein-zwei Küchenutensilien dazugekauft. Bei Fragen und Themen standen James und Kitty immer zur Verfügung und eine Antwort kam schnell zurück. Zur Information: es befinden sich zwei Lodges nebeneinander, die jeweils auch an Familien mit kleinen Kinder vermietet werden. Wer mit seinem Partner alleine Zweisamkeit sucht, muss daher berücksichtigen, dass auch Kinderlärm vorhanden sein kann.

The Juniper Hut was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax after a week of touring Scotland. Beautiful surroundings, and responsive hosts. The hot tub is a must!

Just back from a 3 night stay here. Lovely property and comes with a suana and hot tub, couldnt have asked for anymore. Such a relaxinf long weekend.

One of the best places i have stayed in in a while. Love love love the peaceful surroundings. The back deck pointed towards the lake and mountains and i could see swans swimming in the lake right from the jacuzzi. It was just heaven. Place itself was beautifully put together. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to fort william. Checked all our boxes. Bonus : we even spotted a red squirrel from the window.

The Little woodbine is a private cosy space. With fantastic views and a wonderful private garden. The hot tub is fantastic and is cleaned daily by the Hosts. The hosts are attentive , friendly and gave wonderful recommendations and very quick to reply. The space is as it looks in the photos and is the perfect space for an escape away from the city with beautiful views. A small town and lots of local and close by activity (e.g castles, nature walks and hills.) Would highly recommend this space to anyone as we had a perfect stay.

Fantastic accommodation in a great location which was perfect for what we were after and loved the fresh eggs in the morning before our adventures. The accommodation was spotless and there was everything we could need which made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend - Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely lovely place that we didn't want to leave! Very quaint location away from everything. We were surrounded by farm animals, was lovely seeing chickens, rooster and even a peacock running around! The cabin turned out to be more spacious than the photos made it look. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The highlight was definitely seeing the Aurora on our first night there! Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, 6/5 stars!

Just back from our family Easter weekend stay. The lodge couldn’t have been better, absolutely gorgeous, clean and had absolutely everything in it you can think of for a weekend away! Lorna was so helpful too. We will be back to stay again it was perfect

What a fabulous location and accommodation - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thoughtfully and comfortably set up, all contributing to a very relaxing stay. The views from the cabin are wonderful and you could spend hours drinking in the scenery. Lots of great walks, cycles, swims within easy reach- we hope to visit again. Thanks to our hosts for offering such a great venue.

The Boathouse is very cosy , clean and welcoming. It’s tucked away but within easy walking distance of the beach and local pubs. Wonderful deli/ coffee shop 5 mins walk away. This was our 1st visit to Findhorn and we loved it , definitely one to return to. Our dog was made to feel very welcome and had a great time on the beach. Lots to see and do round about.

We loved this little retreat. The hut itself was very nice and clean and cozy. The surroundings were so peaceful, it would have been nice to have a longer stay so we could have really appreciated the farm itself. Having horses graze 10 ft from our door was lovely. It is of course small and a bit cramped as clear from the posting so as long as you’re prepared for that it’s very enjoyable.

Wir waren nach einer anstrengenden Anreise eine Nacht zur Entspannung hier und es war so wunderbar. Einchecken, genießen, schlafen, essen, Fernsehen, schlafen... Perfekt! Action gäbe es genug, die haben wir nur nicht gesucht!!! Alles wunderbar! Danke

Gillies Rest is a great stay and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a hike in the nearby area. Place is exactly as advertised, please make sure you check what is available and what are the limitations. Place was extremely clean, the beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Overall - it was great and hopefully we'll return someday.

Great experience. Mary’s cabin is well equipped, situated in a quiet area just outside Inverness. It was a perfect place to explore all around. Extra clean and cozy.

We had the loveliest stay at Abhainn cabin! The place is gorgeous — we had pretty high hopes to begin with but the place by far surpassed our expectations. The cabin was incredibly cozy, well put together and the place itself was immaculate. The area is stunning, we were spoilt for choice when it came to hiking, highly recommended if you’re into the outdoors. Paul was a fantastic host, very communicative throughout and thanks to his instructions it was a breeze to find the place. Very very highly recommended — we will most definitely be back

Harold was an exceptional host, very helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. The cabin is located remotely but day trips to the Isle of Skye and around Loch Ness are very doable amd give you a variety of things to do and hikes to go on. All in all we highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to explore the highlands!

A great place to stay! We spent 5 nights in the cabin and LOVED it! The surroundings are so beautiful and there's so many animals - deers, a goose, a highland cow, horses, and bunnies! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. There's a coin-operated laundry facility on site, as well as a pub open in the evenings. The cabin itself was comfortable and clean, though perhaps slightly dated in furnishings. Would stay again:)

Myself, my partner, her sibling and their partner all booked this stay as their parents Christmas present. Paula and Norman were brilliant with communication and ensuring their stay went as smoothly as possible. Great little place on a quiet piece of land overlooking the mountains. Comfortable and well kept. Would recommend anyone looking for a quaint spot to stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Cabin. Sie ist total gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. :) Die Cabin liegt privat auf dem Grundstück mit einem tollen Blick ins Grüne. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts viele Tiere beobachten, wie bspw. ein Wiesel und verschiedene Vögel. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten zum wandern und für Unternehmungen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war unkompliziert und auch das Kennenlernen mit ihrer Mutter und ihrem Mann sehr herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Quaint, and adorably decorated cottage! The location was peaceful and serene. The 30 minute drive to Fort William is stunning, and just the opposite direction, lies charming Fort Augustus. Hope to return to Scotland and would stay here again!
