"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

I have 5x self contained studio apartments, all with en suite bathrooms, cooking facilities and private balconies. (all with sea views) The beach is only 5 mins walk away & a safe haven for children. Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

A small family-run resort of four different apartments/houses for all year holidays with its own entrance (gate) and private garden and has direct access to the bay. It was built with special care and respect for the architecture beauty of the area.

Upstairs you will find a spacious room with a double bed. The studio also includes a small balcony.
