Summer by the sea

Summer by the sea is situated in the historic centre of Corfu right next to the palace and above Faliraki beach. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is a four story town house of 140 sq.m (used to be an old mansion house of the 19th century) recently renovated with all the modern amenities to offer our guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The house provides a water tank so our guests wont be effected by any water breaks that may occur in the area.

It is 120m² with two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely terrace which oversees the Aegean. Here you can enjoy an unforgettable experience in a relaxing time travel into the medieval spirit, combined with all modern comforts!

Lovely bright newly renovated double bedroom ground floor studio in Kanoni a popular leafy residential area of historic interest. Kanoni took its name from an old canon that stands on top of a lush and green hill with luxurious hotels and residences. Its very close to famous landmarks such as Mouse Island, Mon Repo Palace, the quaint church Vlacherna a small whitewashed chapel said to be a replica of a convent in Istanbul, beaches, bars restaurants, cafes, airport ,Corfu town and ferries

This the Mansion of poet Marcoras built around the year 1600, a truly unique property historic family home steeped in history! Located on a plot of 2,800 square meters, at the mansion built of stone there is a residential building with a total area of 410 sq.m. and a 1400 sq.m garden with absolute quietness and privacy and it have the marvelous panoramic view of the mountains. The building consists of four (4) independent houses (Two-storey house with 2 ground floor houses).

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.
