A short drive to many area attractions including the State Park with it's miles of hiking trails , remote beaches and sand dunes. There are . multiple destination golf courses. The nearby Pere Marquette River has world class trout fishing. There is salmon, perch, and lake trout fishing on Lake Michigan.

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. Cabin has a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Cabin is close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small Lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is right around the corner within a mile with public access and is an "all sports lake".

Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

The ORV trail for snowmobiling starts at the end of the driveway and the Manistee River is 3 minutes away where you can enjoy all of nature by canoe, kayak (4 provided) or boat.
