There is an oversized patio with an outdoor sitting area as well as outdoor bar sitting that overlooks at the Port of Puerto Mazarrón. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk. The town of Isla Plana center also 15-20 minutes walk. There are shops,supermarkets, pharmacy,bakery a social bar with magnificent views of the sea.
