With its own private entrance, you will have the downstairs apartment in our gorgeous island home, surrounded by massive cedar and fir trees, lush landscaping, and a beautiful, large pond. Wander down to the pond, sit, meditate, absorb the pervasive peace of this property. Apartment amenities include washer, dryer, wi-fi, cable TV, fully-appointed kitchen. We also have a PacnPlay with sheet, if you have an infant/baby up to 2 years.

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

The unique appeal of Camano Island is that it offers visitors a real-life island experience, including a strong arts scene. Recreational activities such as biking are popular here. The island is also home to Camano Island State Park, which boasts 173 acres prime for camping, hiking and bird watching.

The quaint waterfront town of La Conner is a short 8 minute drive where you will find art, culture, restaurants and great shops to explore. Whether you're on a solo adventure, enjoying time as a couple, or exploring the area with a friend or family member, Kahlo Cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy!

Escape from everyday life in a one-bedroom water-view studio on the 2nd floor of a solar powered guest house on Whidbey Island. Situated in the midst of a 6 acre forest, enjoy a calming experience with views of Penn Cove and the iconic town of Coupeville. Listen to the songbirds and great horned owls. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Quiet and private, with unobstructed views, the cabin is a true retreat!
