Emilia was very kind and easy to communicate with. She was on top of all necessary information and offered a spacious and clean apartment for us to enjoy Ortigia. It is on a main street that is very loud for most of the night, which I wish I knew, as it made it hard to sleep.

Laura and Fabrizio were awesome hosts. Place was exactly as they said. Great location and quick response time. Highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Santi! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Santi empfangen und haben viele Tipps von ihm bekommen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für bis zu vier Personen geeignet und entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Toller Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Wir können jedem einen Urlaub bei Santi empfehlen! :)

We hebben echt een super fijne ervaring gehad hier! Op airbnb raden ze aan om hun te contacteren 2/3 dagen van te voren op whats app om de sleuteloverdracht te regelen. Dit was in ons geval niet nodig, ze namen de avond van te voren met ons contact op. We hebben een tijd afgesproken en ze gaven al veel tips over parkeren, etenstentjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Super leuk! Locatie is top! De accommodatie zelf was prachtig! heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon. Het huis heeft een automatisch sluitsysteem vanaf binnen. Dit geeft je ook een extra veilig gevoel. We konden streamen naar de tv en Netflix en youtube stonden er ook op, super fijn! De bank zat heel goed, het bed lag lekker, de keuken was goed! En de badkamer was ook fantastisch. Heerlijke douche!! Hou er alleen rekening mee dat je je eigen afval weg moet gooien. Dit waren wij niet gewend en hebben het in een openbare prullenbak gegooid. Ik raad zeker aan om hier te verblijven. Het was voor ons veelste kort!

Die Unterkunft ist schön, praktisch und liegt sehr zentral. Ortigia ist in gute 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort hin und auch auf die andere Seite viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. 10 min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Um einen Parkplatz zu finden, braucht man etwas Glück (was wir hatten). Sonst ist es sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, aber das ist halt wenn man so Zentral wohnt. Die Gastgeberin immer git zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Oktober dort.

If I could, I would rate our stay greater than 5 stars. Lucrezia & Roberto were fabulous. Treated us like family. Lucrezia’s instructions were so detailed & easy to follow for the location. Roberto met us at the bus stop & walked us to the apartment. He clearly explained where everything was in the apartment, what to see during our stay and recommended restaurants. The best induction we have had so far in Sicily. The apartment was great. A home away from home. Spotlessly clean & comfortable. It had everything even a nice surprise of biscuits, drinks & chocolates. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ortigia. A big thank you to Lucrezia & Roberto. A stay we will always remember. You set and deliver on a high standard.

El apartamento es excelente! Impecable! Y no falta nada. Todos los detalles muy bien pensados!Giorgio y su familia son muy simpáticos y hospitalarios. Me han recogido en la Estación del tren porque el bus local no venía, Paola fue muy cordial 🥰cuando me maree en el trayecto. Si estás a pie, que ha sido mi caso, no es muy práctico, ya que el bus pasa cada 1 hora, pero puedes descargar la aplicación y saber los horarios para moverte. El último bus desde el Puente de Ortigia sale 19.50! En cuanto al ruido, justo ahora, al lado hay una Construcción de edificios, por lo que desde muy temprano te despiertas con las máquinas! Estimo que al concluir ya no existirá esta molestia pasajera. Por la noche es muy silencioso y tranquilo! Recomiendo este lugar al 100%, en especial si tienes auto y quieres estar lejos del movimiento turístico intenso. Ortigia es Preciosa ! Casa meravigliosa a due passi da un mare stupendo. Spazi interni ed esterni grandi adatti anche per famiglie numerose. La casa è fornita di tutto oltre ogni aspettativa. Pulizia ed ordine della casa impeccabile. Lucia e Biagio sempre cortesi e disponibili in tutto. Consigliatissima!!!!!

First 2 things to be aware of: the apartment is up about 20 stairs, so Keep that in mind. Also the bathroom which is quite nice is on the complete other side of the apartment away from the bedrooms. If you are ok with that, this is a wonderful place. Great location just off Ortigia and easy to walk to almost everything. The apartment is in good condition and the host took care of pretty much everything we needed. Response time is good. We stayed for 11 nights and rented a car twice; a day trip to The Noto area and an overnight to Toarmina and Mt. Etna. Was more to see and do, but you need a car for most things not on the train line. You’ll like this spot.

Great place in perfect location for visiting Ortigia and Syracuse and surrounds. Easy check in with host and made to feel at home. Parking was easy. We parked at parcheggio Delle poste which is 3min walk away from the apartment for free. Didn't have an issue finding a park and was not hassled by locals. Able to leave the car for several days if necessary. Would stay here again.

This is a gorgeous apartment, on a very quiet little cul de sac. It is in a fantastic location in Ortigia, only a three minute walk to the plaza, restaurants, and shopping. Buses are just a few minutes further. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, with two bedrooms and a combined sitting and dining room. It is beautifully decorated. We were grateful for the washing machine. Roberta was a great host with excellent, prompt communication. My 18 year old granddaughter and I loved everything about the apartment and Ortigia. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this amazing accommodation. Everything was perfect — from the location to the condition of the place. Most of all, the incredibly kind and thoughtful hospitality made our stay even more special. If we ever return to Syracuse, we will definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon so memorable.

Great location,in the middle of the daily market where you can buy fresh fruit, produce, fish or buy great big delicious sandwiches to eat. Also a short walk to the main shopping street and the bridge over to Syracuse. I rented 3 apartments for a family wedding, all were a good size, clean and well located..

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

it was a pleasant stay, the appartement is nicely decorated and very well located ! the terrace is beautiful and Mario is very arrangeable. we stayed a month there and we have really enjoyed the place !

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Sehr schöne Wohnung in p Ortigia! Ich kann es nur empfehlen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse ist auch toll, man hat einen 360-Grad-Blick. Die Unterkunft ist extrem gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet. Direkt vor der Tür findet immer vormittags ein kleiner Markt statt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und dort wohnen!

체크인할때 숙소에서 상세한 설명을 들을 수 있었어요. 전반적으로 아주 깨끗하고, 필요한 것이 잘 갖춰져있어요. 간혹 가전, 가구들이 상태가 안 좋아서 이걸 믿고 왔다가 당황하는 경우도 있는데 여기는 깨끗하게 관리되어 있고 다 바로 사용하는데 전혀 문제가 없어서 편했어요. 침대도 편하고 수건도 깨끗합니다. 이분이 운영하는 숙소가 많은데 다음에 시라쿠사에 와도 그 중 하나를 사용할것 같아요. 집 문을 여는게 처음엔 좀 어색할수있는데 이건 곧 익숙해질거에요!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

Nous avons apprécié le logement bien placé pour visiter à pied Ortigia et le parc archéologique. Il est conforme à la description avec une partie commune accueillante et décorée avec goût. Il n'y a pas de place de parking réservé mais il a été facile d'en trouver une à proximité. Aurore a été amicale et réactive. Nous recommandons.
