We had a fantastic stay at Mark & Sarah’s place celebrating a birthday. They had everything you could possibly need for a long weekend break. The welcome basket was very appreciated and well used! The location was perfect for us and within 30 minutes of everything we planned to do while visiting the IOW and we could easily access plenty of great places to eat. We would 100% recommend this as a great place to stay and would love to return to stay again in the future!

Karen’s place was spotless and bigger than I expected. Although a single traveler this apartment is perfect for a family of four or a couple. Close to good restaurants and with the beach right opposite plus just a stones throw from all other amenities to keep the kids amused. I would recommend the Steamer and the Fisherman’s cottage right at the end of the esplanade on the beach for a nice relaxing drink or a meal. All in all a great apartment in a really good location and I would recommend staying here and hopefully I will return in the near future.

Me and my wife stayed two nights at Littlehaven, which was a great experiences. The house has comfortable sofas facing the sea, cozy beds and bright kitsch in a sunroom. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, given us good advises on places to go and restaurants near by. Overall it’s been relaxing and enjoyable staying at Littlehaven, would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing.

We had a wonderful welcome of Prosecco, chocolate cake and some secret chocolate gifts! I would highly recommend Sonia as a host and Micasa as a place to stay. We had a lovely break and the Isle of Wight was wonderful as always. Not the greatest weather but still lots to do. We would happily return to Micasa and Sonia’s hospitality.

Sea views to die for, we were blessed with blue skies in March and sat outside on the patio enjoying the sights and sound of the ocean, heaven! The kitchen, living area and master bedroom were truly exceptional, the kitchen was clearly a very high spec kitchen, with everything you could need. The living area was huge, with gorgeous coastal decor throughout, the apartment was really cosy and had a lovely lived in feel meaning we instantly felt at home.

Highly recommend this lovely garden flat. Situated in a quiet residential area. Easy walk to seafront and town. Spacious property, with modern bathroom and kitchen. Karen the host was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Would definately book again.

We had a lovely weekend staying at this quent cottage. We enjoyed the beautiful views, comfy beds and the hottub. We just wanted quality time as a family to celebrate a 70th birthday and this was the perfect place for it. The whole cottage was lovely and clean, it had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Including nice coffee and cookies as a welcome. Mark was very welcoming also and explained everything very clear. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

It is one of the best airbnb I have been stayed. Sea view, peaceful, very quiet, house was very neat and clean, spacious and all the amenities as required. Sarah is very lovely, friendly and replied instantly when help required. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely weekend staying at No.51. It was easy to find, great parking and a lovely location. Everything we could have needed was there and accessible. Helen was very responsive and helpful. Close to the town centre and shops just across the road. Great layout in the apartment with a lovely private courtyard space. Would highly recommend!

We just got back from a short break at the Thatched Cottage! For me - the cleanliness of the place really stood out! It’s so hard to find places that meet my high standards and the cottage certainly did not disappoint! It’s absolutely spotless! As well as cleanliness, the hosts were very friendly, the location great and small little extras made our stay very enjoyable. We definitely would come back and not hesitate to recommend the cottage looking for some lovely break in the beautiful New Forest!

We had a wonderful stay - we were on the island for a mix of pleasure and business, so having a great base was key. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and the area is ideal. Will almost definitely be back next time we are with a group of this size.

Enjoyed a very pleasant weekend in Cowes near to where our son lives, so perfect location for us, and anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the sea, town and Northwood House where there are many activities on during the year. There is also a bowling green and tennis courts. The cottage is well equipped, spotlessly clean and nicely fitted out. Good instruction manual for the cottage and local info. The only slight negative would be the staircase, which is steep with only one usable handrail, but we were fine with this as we're mobile, but could be a problem for the less able bodied. Overall we would recommend this cottage to anyone and would definitely stay again, so thank you Patrick and Carrie.

Great house , that feels like home, it had everything we needed. Very close to the ferry , shops and restaurants. David was very responsive and gave prompt instructions and suggestions. Thanks again!

Such an amazing experience! Beautiful place to stay! Perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus stations, etc. Tracy was the perfect hostess, and the accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for. The private outdoor sitting area was much appreciated! Amenities were just as described. The washer and dryer were a life saver! Thank you, Tracy, for sharing your space with us!

Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

Our stay with Greenstay was absolutely superb. On self check-in, we found the apartment was impeccably clean and just as described. It had such a great energy about it that we felt right at home. The area being away from the main town and close to the beach brought about a feeling of complete relaxation. The interiors were well thought of and the entire place decorated beautifully. The living room was well laid out even for a party of 6, with Netflix provided for entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the essentials that would be needed for a self-catering stay. Tea, coffee/coffee pods and a pint of milk (nice touch!) were provided along with cleaning up essentials for that quick start. The host, Steve, was very approachable and provided clear instructions for self check-in and answered any questions promptly. He was kind and showed a great deal of hospitability. This was much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

David is an incredible host - super communicative and friendly! The Airbnb was perfect for us - quiet, peaceful, beautiful (looks just like if not better than the photos) and super convenient (right next to high street and close to Ryde Pier Head). Highly recommend!

We had the best holiday. Airbnb was immaculate, peaceful and well equipped. Vkki and Richard were both really friendly and made such an effort to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave!

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

Pippa was a great host, leaving very clear instructions on how to get into the property and being super flexible on whether we’d need to use the EV charger or not (we didn’t need to in the end, but the option of being able to charge the car if we needed to was super reassuring!). Lovely apartment and a great location to walk along the coast, head into town for food (loved The Cave for wine and tapas), grab a lazy breakfast (big thumbs up for The Lighthouse) or explore the region. Enjoyed the peace and quiet too! Thanks very much indeed!
