Unser Steinhaus liegt im Ort Lukoran auf der Insel Ugljan, die noch weitgehend vom Massentourismus verschont geblieben ist. Das Haus, dessen ältesten Teile im 19. Jh errichtet wurden, wurde von der Künstlerin und Schmuckdesignerin Rosivita liebevoll restauriert. Es ist auf einer Anhöhe gelegen mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und die umliegende Hügellandschaft, auf die Skyline von Zadar, nur 10 min zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt.
