this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

The stay was absolutely amazing, I loved all the space and natural lighting ,everything was easy access and even though sometimes I had to park a little far due to the parking which was said in the details but honestly not bad at all I would definitely recommend this place just be prepared for a workout with the stairs lol but I definitely want to come back to here ,it was quiet and peaceful and felt right at home the host was very responsive and patient with any questions I had to ask

Our stay at Austin's condo was excellent! She has the right amount of decorations to make it feel at home! The kitchen is stocked with non-perishables for your use! The condo looked just like her photos! The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood. Austin even came out the first night at 10:30 because the air mattress had a small hole in it and she brought a new one! Austin responded to all of my messages prior to my stay answering my questions and giving me a recommendations! If I ever visit Jacksonville again I will definitely book with Austin again!!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. This condo – and our experience – were great! The condo is in the best location within the community—peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the lanai, which was perfect for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while gazing at the water view - and a lot of interesting birds! The condo seems freshly updated (master bathroom looks brand new), is spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream with (all new?) appliances including double oven and 5-burner gas range—perfect for cooking in. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just a short walk away. It was close to world-class restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sand beaches, “30 golf courses within 30 minutes,” and downtown St Augustine. Marilyn is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Staying at Scott’s home at Jacksonville Beach exceeded my expectations. This place was a beautiful get-a-way …a private oasis by the beach, close enough to all the activities! The property was pristine, newly remodeled and had everything you’d ever need. It was absolutely perfect … and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the property wonderful but our host, Scott, had amazing communications skills, gave us great recommendations, gave us a “ heads up” a ferry he suggested was cancelled for the day, was cheerful and very flexible. We had an amazing long weekend here and couldn’t have been happier. Being right on the beach in such a clean environment is so peaceful. Thank you!

We loved Amy’s condo, the view was breathtaking of the beach and the ocean, especially during hurricane Milton! Amy was very supportive during the hurricane, checked on us every day, offered her help in any way and we felt very safe. The condo is very cozy with a comfortable sofa and great bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. I can highly recommend Amy’s condo to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway on a gorgeous beach.

We loved Kim's condo for our family of five! We were visiting family who lives in Sawgrass and it was wonderful to be so close by! The condo was incredibly clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, and sunny! We made a full Easter breakfast in the kitchen and had everything we needed! The beach chairs, cooler, and sun tent also came in very handy for beach days. Kim was so welcoming and responsive. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back!
