Small home built in 1875 close to Middle Raccoon River. It is six blocks to downtown shops, grocery and restaurants. New, updated walking and biking trails; river access in the park for canoes/kayaks within 300 yards from front door. Access to White Rock Conservancy trails. Coon Rapids also has a 9-hole golf course and a large city park with ball fields and pool. We offer off street parking. Garage available for bicycles. Contact host. Compact & cozy, it has everything needed: separate bedroom, small living room, kitchen with full sized appliances & bathroom with shower. Coin op laundry, elevator, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout common areas and a semi secured building are just some of the things that make this building special. Sleeps 2, 1 bed (full). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Maple Street Hideaway

Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Google Dallas Center to see all this Quietly Progressive town offers.

The Olive House

Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines!
