Amazing well maintained property. The hosts are quick to respond and help out. Pleasantly surprised by the free snacks and sweets that were left for us. The garden is beautifully lit at night creating a mood to relax. Awesome overall.

Visited this lakeside villa with my friends. It was awesome! The place looked beautiful, and we felt safe. The villa had everything we needed for a chill weekend. The owner was nice too. I'd totally recommend it for a girls' trip.

I had the pleasure of spending a day at Parag's place last week, and it was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the lap of nature, the property offers a beautiful blend of simplicity and serenity. The minimalistic design complements the natural surroundings perfectly—every corner feels calm, uncluttered, and intentional. What truly stood out was the peaceful ambiance. The quiet was soothing, broken only by birdsong and the rustling of leaves. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, allowing you to simply be. Whether you're sipping tea on the porch or just taking a walk around the area, there's a deep sense of tranquility that stays with you. This little escape from the chaos of everyday life was exactly what I needed, and I’m already looking forward to going back. Highly recommended.

Stay was awesome and pleasant and property is well maintained. Care taker Fulchand ji was very humble and kind. Homely meal as per our choice and was good, though a little pricey. Lovely view of a valley and a small lake.

From guiding us to nearby hikes through the scenic trails & a tour of river and organic farm ; their warm and attentive service made me feel like a valued guest. Anant farms offers all inclusive food package if you are not on cooking on your own. Kitchen at the property otherwise can be used to cook your own meal. it's a cosy little place on the Wai Panchgani road overlooking the valley across road. you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. It's a very tastefully done up home, room and bathroom are spic and span. There is an equipped kitchen for basic cooking if you wish. The caretaker is always available for your requirements. The home-cooked meals are delicious, you don't have to step out. Certainly recommended.

What a beautiful property! Perfectly located, minutes away from great tourist spots. Highway is 100 metres away, so convenience was not an issue. Food served was the winner, the didi handling kitchen is incredible! Clean hygienic rooms, spacious practical common areas to sit and a cosy bonfire on both days made our trip complete!

We were 6 friends all girls, visited this place in Mar'25. Sanket was very well responsive and he attended to all our queries timely. The place is beautiful and the surroundings are very scenic. The highlight was the pool.. we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The caretaker Lokesh did an awesome job. We had a delicious breakfast to end our trip.. overall it was a big hit. Thank you for making our trip memorable !

Amazing experience staying at the villa, will surely be visiting again. Only drawback was that the swimming pool was not clean- too many insects and dust inside the pool.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The location is really in the nature with trees, monkeys and birds around. We were in the 2 room Villas and they are very spacious and match the description and are look even better than the photos. The pool is surrounded by trees and can be really refreshing in the summer. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food is very homely and was really good. Overall we felt very happy to choose this stay and would do it again.

A great villa for a small group of friends to party and really spend time outdoors in a private setup. The highlights are the powerful portable sound boombox and the privacy offered all night, especially in the pool, which, btw, is open all night to play in. Great food, too. all in all, an awesome 2bhk villa stay at a good location.
