This space includes one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom on the top floor of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. There is a private bathroom for guests' personal use down the hall. There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking is allowed until October 15, 2025. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
