After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. The Hideaway is a luxury retreat, tucked away in the tranquil village of Twyford and surrounded by Leicestershire’s idyllic countryside. With both traditional and contemporary stylings, this hideaway combines exposed features with luxury finishes and a bedroom purpose-built for stargazing, making this a year-round favourite. Sun kissed courtyard, please note for those with dogs that this is hard landscaped.

The Old Stables Retreat, Northfield Farm

Quiet, romantic retreat on small family-run working farm w. rare & native breed cattle & sheep. Fascinating place to learn about food & the countryside. Great place to stay & explore one of England's most lovely countryside areas. Farm shop, open for 20 + yrs, sells a wide range of home grown & home butchered meats & local flour, beers, ready meals & pies. Nr. Rutland Water, & Melton Mowbray, of pie fame, Stamford & Leicester. Great pubs abound, as do walks & entertainment of every kind.

Stable Lodge, a self contained country retreat.

Located in the Leicestershire countryside, this peaceful location is the perfect spot for walkers (located on the Leicestershire Round), cyclists and those simply wanting to get away. The annex is separated from the main house by the utility area/entrance, handy for storing muddy boots and coats. There are basic cooking facilities (microwave but no cooker), however a light breakfast is included. The nearest pub serving food is only a mile away and there are many more to choose from!

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Modern Stable Conversion

Situated in the beautiful countryside of rural Leicestershire, this modern converted stable will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings, whilst staying in a contemporary guesthouse. The property includes complimentary tea and coffee, and the free use of a Nespresso machine, sky TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A Tesla/EV charger is also available to use at extra cost. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to stay!

Cosy luxury glamping pod Rosina.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two king size bedrooms. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Traditional Shepherds hut and wood fired hot tub

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Private annexe flat with its own access. Open plan kitchen and living area. Separate dining area. 1 bedroom with zip link beds, can either be twin or superking. Bathroom with shower. Hallway. Access to washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer on request. Lockable storage for push bikes on request. Outside patio area.

Cosy cottage in peaceful location

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.
