Perfect location. Great communication by the host. It was the ideal spot for my colleague and I for a business trip.

Nancy was a great host. Very responsive. Our family has rented this house twice. Nancy was kind and removed all the air fresheners before we arrived since my husband is allergic. Directions were very specific on how to enter the house. There were detailed directions everywhere. Great job Nancy!

This place is a real diamond! The home itself is beautiful. Plenty of natural light, updated everything, and the interior design choices were made to perfection. The location is close necessities like groceries, drug stores, and restaurants. Kaylaa was fantastic. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. She was very responsive when my siblings and I had questions or concerns. All of this made for a truly spectacular sibling getaway! We’ll definitely be staying again.

Great stay...everything as described...the location is great - about 10 minutes from the bar strip....The hot tub worked very well! Plenty of towels, etc. A really good stay.

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

My family had an amazing time and the kids we're entertained!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Raleigh look no further . Bob’s place was super clean and spacious. Bob communicated well giving clear directions on how to find his place. His place was about twenty minutes from the airport. Check in was easy. We had the greatest sleep on the large comfortable bed. Bob is attentive making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Place is private in a very peaceful neighborhood. Place is a short drive from shops and very walkable. Kitchen has lots of amenities and also has a washer and dryer. My husband and I had a great extended weekend celebrating our son’s graduation from NCSU. Thank you Bob .

The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

I had a great stay at Farah’s place. The location felt very safe and quiet. The back patio is inviting and the entire space is homey and well decorated. The location had everything that you could need from extra blankets to pots and pans. Host was very responsive.

Highly recommend staying at Michael’s place!! He was so accommodating and sweet. Gave such good food and coffee recommendations and his air bnb is a nice little home away from home :)

The place was very easy to find and out of the way. The bathroom had a particularly lovely shower and the extra little items provided all over the house were cute.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this condo. It is exactly as described, very well maintained, very clean. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The location is literally minuted from NC State, downtown Raleigh and roads to take you anywhere you want to go. Tom and his wife are very friendly and responsive.I have stayed at their properties more than once. I would definitely recommend staying at their properties. you won't regret it.

Great place for us to stay as it was close to everything we were doing, and close to our family. Easy to find, easy parking, and easy to get in. I dont want to pay for frills so it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed with comfy beds and pillows

This was our second time staying at this home and we love everything about it. Excellent communication, great location, very clean and we felt right at home while in town for our daughter's graduation. Will continue to book this home when in town.

Alexander was amazing during the whole booking process. He was accommodating and VERY responsive which I greatly appreciated since it was a last minute booking. The condo was beautiful and felt like a home. The beds were amazingly comfortable, I honestly didn’t want to leave lol. There were board games available to play even though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy them. There was sparkling water, tea and coffee available. It was very nice. I will definitely book with Alexander again. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, this is the place! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us 💕

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. We felt it was super clean! The location was very convenient and it was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s NCSU graduation. We’ll be staying again!
