This charming cottage is in a sequestered back yard. Aiken is an historic town that was the winter destination for wealthy northerners who built homes here, brought their horses for polo and thoroughbred racing...a tradition that is carried on today. There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

If you are visiting USC-Aiken, North Augusta or Augusta, you will enjoy staying in the cottage duplex. All the essentials will be provided. One double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, one closet, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, and kitchen essentials provided to cook and bake. Fresh sheets and linens are awaiting your arrival.

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Welcome to this peaceful, centrally-located private apartment, just minutes from Aiken Airport and I-20 highway. A few things to note: We kindly ask that you park only in the driveway spot in front of the door. No pets are allowed, as our dog doesn’t get along with other animals. Our kids play outside during the day, so it might be lively, but evenings are calm and serene. We’re looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel right at home!

I-20: 3 mins away I-25: 2 mins away Augusta National: 15 mins away Quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night. Walmart super center is 3 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are not available.
