Very clean and modern apartment, right in the center of Niš. Very convenient for exploring the city. Luka is very responsive and super helpful. We had to park on the street, and Luka helped us with that from A to Z. If you plan to stay longer and will need a lot of space in the fridge, during our stay our fridge was full of drinks which host intends to upsell for the guests (there is a price list). Luckily, we did not need much space for our group, but for some people it might be an important information. During our stay the bathroom had issues with water not draining properly after the shower. So the ground was all wet and slippery, but I hope Luka will fix it soon. Overall, totally recommended!

highly recommended - very easy communication, great location and safe. The entrance is through a hotel front desk which makes things safer. The apartment was exactly what I needed for a two day stay in Nis.

Yilka was so helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left, answering all of our questions quickly and effectively, giving lots of recommendations and being really flexible with a late check out when our flight was delayed. property itself is walking distance from the centre with lots of shops nearby for basics as well Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Pristina.

La personne qui nous a accueilli était chaleureuse et serviable. Notre chien golden retriever a été accueilli aussi chaleureusement que nous. L’appartement est rangé parfaitement, propreté impeccable, moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres, on s’y sent bien. On n’a pas eu besoin de mettre l’air conditionné, l’air frais entrant des fenêtres nous a bien rafraîchi. Le jardin est un havre de paix, minutieusement arrangé. Nous voulions un plat végétarien: Milan a appelé pour nous les restaurants du village pour demander s’ils peuvent nous en préparer un. Comme cela n’était pas possible, Milan s’est occupé de faire quelques courses et nous préparer un repas. On a eu un vrai festin: salade typique (shopska) des légumes de leur potager (la meilleure de toutes mes vacances dans les Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, œufs durs, pain délicieux, et autres.. le déjeuner au matin était aussi bon que le repas du soir (fait maison également) avec des plats de la région. Nous allons certainement revenir.

Very tidy and good house. The host welcome us warmly at midnight. Though the host can’t speak English, he was very patient and we successfully communicated with Google Translate. The host also help us call a taxi to the ski center.

Pied-à-terre confortable situé à une quarantaine de kilomètres de Niš.

Biljana je izuzetan, kulturan, ljubazan i nenametljiv domaćin. Kuća u kojoj smo odseli je bila vrlo lepa i puna ličnih originalnih detalja, a Biljana nas je dočekala sa keksom i lepim setom za kafu spremnim za korišćenje, što ostavlja posebno lep utisak. Kraj je miran, a do Kruševca se dolazi kolima za 10 minut. Odseo bih ponovo na ovom mestu sigurno, posebno po lepšem vremenu kada bi se i okolina mogla malo više istraživati.

We glad we have chosen this beautiful place, everything is ancient, like staying in a museum, the place is lovely, cosy and very well decorated. On arrival, the host prepared their homemade tea, plum whiskey and elderflower juice for the kids, kids loved it and kept ordering that every morning and evening. We only stayed two nights but we would love to stay longer if we have time. There is a very interesting play ground for kids as well. We kept discovering new surprises all the time, we couldn’t take enough pictures! If you want to have a feel for the real Serbia culture, please come here! You will be amazed!

Petrit's place is centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the central square, and even walkable to the main bus station. The flat is very clean, thoughtfully decorated, with a comfortable bed -- the Netflix on ready was a nice add on for relaxing on the super comfortable couch! Petrit was communicative and had clear instructions for check in. Highly recommended for your stay in Pristina

A great looking place thats close to everything you need.

One of the most amazing accommodations I've experienced. I was late because we were delayed at the border, but the host's husband came to the bus station for me by car. The next day, he drove me around the city, understood my native language, and bought me breakfast. He bought tickets to each museum for himself and explained the details. The accommodation is right in the center and is modernly equipped. Thank you for the great experiences. I love Serbia

Владелец квартиры Nemanja - очень внимательный, активный, профессионально и по-человечески сопровождает весь процесс! квартира расположена в самом центре городка,в пешей доступности от Терм , источников и главного променада города и одновременно находится на холме, что даёт приватность! Вид на горы с балкона завораживает! Квартира современная,свежая и уютная одновременно! Не хочется уезжать! Большое спасибо!

Fantastican smestaj,moderan,komforan,predivan pogled sa prelepom terasom,opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno za udoban odmor,topli pod med osvojio,inace je toplo u citavom stanu.Djordje je uvek pristupacan,ljubazan,nasmejan,duhovit,i uputio nas je u sve sto nas je interesovalo.U blizini smestaja je i pumpa i radnje i promenada i kupalistr,ma sve sto cpvek moze pozeleti.Dobili smo i rezervne peskire ,automat sa kafom je dostupan svima u hodniku,posluzaovnik pun voca,apartman takodje,tako da domacin nije stedeo na nicemu i pruzio nam je pravi ugodjaj.Velika preporuka za apartmane Tea i naseg domacina Djordja

Apartamenti ishte shume i kendshem, ne nje vendndodhje shume afer qendres. Shpetimi ishte shume ndihmues. Ju nuk do te keni nevoj per makine per te vizituar Prishtinen. Vleresim makisimal 10/10!

Super Unterkunft! Sauber, alles vorhanden und sehr schnell und einfach in die Stadt zu gelangen! Zum Stadtzentrum sind es ganz entspannte 5 Minuten zu Fuß, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz auf Anfrage reserviert das wir ohne Probleme parken konnten. Immer wieder gerne!
