Stand alone sunny one-off tiny home with tongue and groove flooring and veranda. Positioned between the main house and garage with adjacent parking. Generous bathroom with gas hot water. Well appointed kitchenette with all the basics but no oven. Help yourself to lemons and fresh greens from the garden. BBQ and fish filleting table available by request. Doubtless Views is a large family home set on a regularly maintained 1.7 acre private garden estate with an unobstructed 180 degree view of Doubtless Bay in it's entirety, from Tokerau Beach right round to the village at Hihi and all in between. A downstairs fully serviced apartment makes it ideal for larger holidaying groups A seagull's view of the bay and like the bird, just a few minutes from being under the shady Pohutukawas that overhang the sand at Cable Bay and Coopers Beach.

RJ’s on Okahu

Keep it simple at this peaceful and central location in a rural setting only minutes to town & 15 mins to Ahipara. The sleepout is attached to our garage behind our house. A studio design, it has a small fridge, microwave, jug & toaster, cutlery and crockery. We can supply a bbq on request. The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet. There is a Queen bed & a large couch which can be made up to accommodate a 3rd person if needed. We have 2 dogs which we will contain and a cat.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Open plan living with a great indoor/outdoor flow located in a peaceful setting only a mere 10min walk from 90 Mile Beach. Boasting a large deck with bbq and outdoor seating for those alfresco, summer vibes. Comfy lounge sofas, 65" smart TV to enjoy, at your leisure. Ahipara boasts a height of outdoor activities from surfing the points, fishing, surfcasting and beach walks with incredible sunsets.

Enjoy a memorable visit in this unit with stunning beach views in the midst of Ahipara, just 15 mins out of Kaitaia. Our guests love the shower pressure, the bed and the cleanliness. The golf club, park, pump track and access to the 90 Mile Beach are all within walking distance. As we are 200m off the beach it’s a perfect stay off the Te Araroa Trail too to rest your feet. Ideally suits 1-2 people but can sleep up to 3 as couch pulls out to a double bed in the lounge

Panoramic views 4 bedrooms- 90 Mile Paradise

Enjoy the panoramic views of shipwreck bay, 90mile beach and the Tasman ocean. This 4 bedroom house is newly renovated with a nice spacious kitchen and modern bathroom. Three bedrooms have ocean views, as well as the lounge and kitchen. You will never tire of this amazing view!!! Located 5 mins downhill is a lovely swim spot , white sand beach or some lovely rockpools for children to play. Ahipara has a lovely children’s play ground and pump track.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
