Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

It was a good experience with Hillary being the perfect host and Celina being in touch regarding all questions. They have both been very exact with every detail. No surprises at all. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the beach for someone who wants to enjoy the dusk and the dawn too it’s THE place. The two awwdorable pawies made it extra special. They gave more love than one would expect. Will miss both Shiba and Lucy.

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Sathish & Zallina are both wonderful hosts & go every step of the way to make sure your stay is memorable. Their property is super close to the beach & around a lot of good restaurants & cafes which makes it a rare find! The cottage has plenty of books & toys to keep my toddler engaged. The hosts went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday & arranged a home-baked cake & decorations for her. Just goes to show how kind, attentive & generous hosts they are. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice & quiet getaway with your family.

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

Let me start off by saying that I have been swayed. Although we were two couples with 3 naughty kids, still this gem kept me in a blissful and serene state, albeit being in a popular place filled with lively cafés and bars. The peace, calm, beauty, and nature at Casa Maya charmed me every time I stepped in. The hosts are very knowledgeable and always eager to help (especially Rohit), the caretaker and cook took care of us like they know us from past life. I wouldn't be out of my mind to blatantly say that if I dont get a reservation here in the future, I will change my dates.

Stay was very awesome. It was easy to reach the venue. Asha is a great host and i recommend this place if you need a villa near beach. This was too close around 5 mins walk from calangute beach. Everything went fine. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Rheman has helped us a little in everything. Pool was also good. We enjoyed a lot in the stay. My friends were very happy with the stay. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great stay at Pragati hosted stay near Benaulim Beach! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for relaxing and exploring the area. The rooms was clean, cozy, and had a laid-back vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the common areas were great for meeting other travelers. I really appreciated the peaceful surroundings and would definitely recommend Pragati to anyone visiting South Goa. We had a fantastic stay at Saheel’s place during our trip to Goa. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just about a kilometer away and numerous pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It perfectly met our needs for convenience and accessibility. The property itself was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses and bedsheets were of excellent quality, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably. Only the washing machine was not available at the property as it malfunctioned a while back, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was delightful, and the combination of a prime location, clean accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it truly memorable. We would highly recommend Saheel’s place to anyone visiting the Vagator beach area.

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. Das kleine Haus ist wirklich nett, simple und gemütlich . Die Kommunikation mit Nivo war gut und er hat uns mit gefiltertem Trinkwasser versorgt - keine 1000 Plastikflaschen - das fanden wir super! Danke dafür! Sehr praktisch auch das magnetische Fliegengitter in der Tür und die schöne Veranda, von der man aus Vögel, Affen und Schmetterlinge beobachten kann. Das Bett ist schmaler als es auf den Fotos aussieht und die Matratze sehr hart, aber da hat ja jeder so seine eigenen Vorlieben. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen im Tree Shanti !

The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. This place was perfect for us to chill near Benaulim beach and also to do our remote work. The location is great, a walking distance from the beach and if you have a scooter you can get to the center in no time. Many good restaurants, beach bars, and massage clinics nearby. The internet is quite fast and reliable most of the time, which was a necessity for us. The location is private since the apartment is in a big resort. it's definitely very calm and you can sleep well here. We wish we could stay longer here. If we come back to Benaulim, we'll consider this place for a longer time for sure.
