Loved loved loved. Perfect space for our needs (3ppl but could easily fit 6), enjoyed the open concept. The views were great, the cabin was set back and private from the other cabins on the property. Loved the fire pit and roof top deck, the hot tub worked flawlessly and was great sitting in under the stars at night. The kitchen was very well appointed which is very important to me because I love to cook! Only had a couple very minor issues, the hot water was WAY too hot and could pose a scald risk so use caution especially if you have kids. We advised the host of this. The fridge door was a bit misaligned causing the fridge to not keep temp. Had to shim it with a bit of cardboard and it worked fine. We advised the host and this should be an easy fix for the next guests. Lastly there was a water leak in the sprinkler system, creating some muddy conditions outside, helped the host shut off the valves. Again should be an easy fix for the next guests. 10/10 would definitely stay again!!!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The location was perfect for visiting both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, which made our day trips super convenient. After long hikes, relaxing in the hot tub was a huge bonus! The host was a great communicator, always quick to respond and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic and comfortable! Listing was accurate and spacious. Even though we checked in late at night due to terrible traffic, our instructions were very clear and simple which made our long drive worth it. The view is amazing and close to a 7eleven and gas station for convenience. Location is great because it’s a short drive to the town’s center. Offered tours and guidance on local activities. Will likely book another stay when we visit Kanab again!

Fantastic place to call a home base while exploring the magic of southern Utah. The home felt as though I was stepping into my own - very comfortable for our 3.5 week stay with our preschooler and dog. The yard is HUGE and fenced (and we enjoyed the fire pit multiple times). The wifi is strong! Perfect launch pad for exploring nearby. We visited Zion multiple times (we recommend entering the park from the eastern entrance as opposed to the Springdale entrance which is a longer route from Kanab), Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon (ATV tour with ROAM ... recommend!), Buckskin Gulch via Wire Pass, Coral Sand Dune State Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Pipe Springs Monument, Cedar Breaks Monument, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Page, Horseshoe Bend, Bunting Trail, plus all the local restaurants, the dog groomer at Kanab Dog Wash, the public library (hooray for visitor library cards!), the huge playground and skate park. Spend as long as you can here. You won't regret it!

This cabin was an ideal home base for exploring the nearby parks—perfectly located and surrounded by stunning red rock views. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with a beautifully designed interior that felt just right. Getting there was simple, and the self check-in process was seamless. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I’d absolutely stay here again!"

Our stay at Jen's Yurt was an incredible and restorative experience. The natural beauty surrounding the area was breathtaking, and the yurt itself offered a unique blend of rustic charm and comfort. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge.

Staying at Jen's sheep camp was one an amazing experience for both my son and I. The wagons were really cozy, very well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The entire camp is very thoughtfully laid out, well organized with a great shower with tons of hot water. The view of the surroundings and canyons off in the distance is stunning and the stars at night were like lanterns in the sky. I would love to come back here again some day and stay for longer.

The house had everything we needed + plenty of nice touches for our dog! Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, fenced in yard, + laundry access. Walkable to downtown Kanab & nearby several trail systems. Really nice, affordable place to stay with your pet :) Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable! We (and our dog) loved the backyard. Also, house is walking distance to the main street and we enjoyed walking around in the afternoon/evening. Great location for all of the outdoor activities we had been looking forward to in southern UT and northern AZ. Recommend Jakey Leigh’s (coffee/bagel/scone) and Rocking V. Wish we could have tried Houston Trails End but they were closed for the season. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay! It was a perfect home base for all that southern Utah has to offer. We didn’t make it to the parks but it would be perfect for traveling between Zion and Bryce. The house was just perfect for our family of five. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked! And the full size washer and dryer were great. Comfy beds and linens all around. The pool down the road was perfect for a cool dip and getting wiggles out from our long car rides. We pulled a permit for The Wave and this was only about an hour and a half from the trailhead. We had plenty of time! Thanks again!

A gorgeous place, well appointed, with super-thoughtful hosts. It's worth spending some time in east zion for the beautiful scenery and amazing array of gorgeous places to stay they have. Even in winter this place is a delight with hot tubs. We had a little snafu finding the tiny homes- but they made it up to us by being really thoughtful and kind for our christmas stay. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

Very compact place on a nice property with everything you need. Very good hosts who were instantly responsive to problems. Overall good value for what you pay and close to many natural attractions.

We loved staying here! So beautiful and clean and gorgeous surroundings. Only thing is to follow the instructions of the host very carefully when entering the property - there are two roads with the same name which is confusing.

we had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect in size, clean, smelled nice. The place had a great BBQ and fire pit. The location is perfect if you want to hit all the National parks in the area. We would love to stay here again.

The house is really central to several national parks. AMAZING view at the backyard area. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall we had a great stay!

Big Cottonwood Canyon Creek is the drinking supply for Salt Lake City. No joke that the pristine creek rages past the cabin, making the most incredible sound. The rustic cabin was perfect for the four of us; my two teens spent many hours dropping their fishing lines right off the porch and bridge on the property. The large kitchen allowed us to make our meals easily, as it was well stocked with all essentials. My husband was very happy with the espresso machine. The location is 11 minutes from Smith’s so food shopping is a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was warm when the nights hit 46 degrees in the summer. We drove up the mountain and had lunch on the balcony at the local lodge. This is paradise and if you are looking for a rustic cabin that is nestled in a beautiful Utah valley with countless hiking trails and abundant water, this is the place.
