Apartment was incredibly clean, bigger and even more beautiful than presented on the pictures - perfect for two! Additional equipment is available and with very good quality (much better than usual cheapest stuff available in most of Airbnbs). All instructions translated to English. Highly recommend, I am sure that I would love to book the same place again!

We absolutely loved this house! Great for a family of four—super convenient location with Lawson, FamilyMart, a grocery store, Starbucks, and lots of good restaurants around. Just a short 5–7 minute walk to the train station. I still think about that curry rice! Yuki was amazing—really helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Very close to a train station, easily accessible to popular areas like shibuya and shinkuku

非常棒的民宿，离地铁站五分钟左右，沿路还有家很不错的咖啡店，周围餐厅和便利店也很多。房屋干净整洁，小巧精致，物品和设施应有尽有，十分安静温馨。与房东沟通也很顺利，房东热情且善解人意，强烈推荐！

Perfect choice for short or long stay in Tokyo. Quite near the train station and Tokyo Tower. Very clean room, well equipped. We will definitely come back next time!

The place is large and very nicely set up. Be sure to search for T House on Google maps - it can be confusing to find. All around a great stay.

Me quedaría aquí otra vez sin dudarlo. Buena comunicación, muchas tiendas cerca, cafés cerca, tranquilo, limpio, fue un buen lugar para nuestro grupo de 7 personas, sobraba espacio! Gracias por la comunicación y por permitirnos dejar nuestro equipaje por horas extras!

Kai san is very kind. He gave us the boxing session and took us to buy some staff for dinner. If you want to be in the natural place and hike to Takao mountain, this is another good option. Anyway, please buying food or anything before you get there because the mini-mart is a bit far for walking Hiking from there was quite good for us 😊

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Kumiko and Hirokazu’s Airbnb. They’re kind, engaging hosts who speak good English and are happy to chat about a variety of topics. I was picked up and dropped off at the bus station, and Kumiko even gave me rides to nearby stations when it fit her schedule. Upon arrival, I received a helpful guide with instructions and tips on local sights. The home is spacious and clean, with shared facilities that felt far more comfortable than a typical hotel. I also enjoyed spending time with their sweet pets. Fast Wi-Fi and streaming services were a nice bonus. Machida is a pleasant city, well-situated for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Kanazawa, or Mt. Fuji. Most of my questions were easily answered, and I received great recommendations for places to visit. Extras like access to an e-bike, basic groceries, and the option of delicious home-cooked Asian dinners (for a small fee) made the stay even more special. The value for the money here is incredible!

Amazing Airbnb in a family home. Comfortable bed. If you are two people there is a sledding bed under the main single bed that are also very comfortable. Good room size. Share separate toilet and shower. Great location. What makes this accommodation unique is the kindest of Kumiko and her husband. She picked us up from the train station to drive us to her home. And dropped us up at the station twice when we had to take the train. She is very friendly and kind. They also have a cute dog and a cat that are always happy to be pet. She speak good English. Thank you again Kumiko for everything. We definitely recommend this stay !!

I myself found the house amazing! though some of the guests I stayed with were a bit wierded out by the furniture in places 😅 overall it was a really clean and also adventurous house! would love yo stay there again for a longer time!

とても丁寧な対応で初めての場所でしたが、スムーズに着きました。また、メガネのクリーナーや、お風呂のシャンプー等も用意して頂き、助かりました。タオルも用意してくださいました。また、疲れをマッサージ機器で癒すことも出来ました。近くの小宮公園では鳥のさえずりやマイナスイオンで気持ちの良い散策が出来ました。また機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

I had an amazing time. The location was perfect and conveniently located near a station and was very easy to get to. The house was very lovely. Host and co-host were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.
