Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.😍😊

A perfect place to stay with family! If you want to stay in a clean, quiet, tucked-away place, this is the one. This acco will work for you if you have your own transportation and prefer to be away from the hustle and bustleof the Mandrem beachside, yet minutes away from great cafes, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is well equipped to make basic meals and there is hot water round the clock. Parking space is ample and there are interesting plants in the garden :)

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

This is my first stay at this cozy Airbnb best place to stay in North goa. Peaceful neighbourhood and many places to go partying n fancy restaurants and coffee shop in vicity and breakfast was available on request whenever needed caretaker were keeping the place. we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

place looks exactly like in the pictures. Kashif is responsive and very helpful. everything is at a walking distance. Must visit Jaws bakery for breakfast. Vegans must visit Bean me up!

Great place to spend your time with friends and family. The caretakers were really helpful and friendly.

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

It was our second stay at Nishant’s place and I must admit that every time we fell in love more than the previous one. The place is peaceful yet surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Walkable distance to beach and mesmerising sunset point. Would surely come back again.
