Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 6. We each had our own bedroom and had plenty of room to play board games or watch TV. We were a little confused pulling up on where to park. Very close to Fairfield which has everything you would need. We chose the location due to proximity to Ottumwa and Cantril. Would be a lovely spot in the summer to stay.

It was everything that I could have asked for. The town is great and everything is walkable. Everyone that I met was amazingly friendly. The apartment was very clean and new. The closets were huge. The only downside that I ran into is lack of a dresser. There is a space for that type of clothing, but it is limited. The view is one of a kind and I can't think of anything that they didn't think of from coffee, to filters and all kitchen amenities that you could ever ask for.

I stayed at Midwest’s Airbnb as transitioning housing until I found something more semi-permanent as a traveling healthcare worker. It was such a relief (after walking through other properties in Des Moines) to come across this place in West Des Moines! It was clean, spacious, in a fantastic location, and wonderful communication and hospitality given by the host. The deck and garage are an added bonus. Extremely safe location with easy access to downtown. I will definitely be staying again when my family visits!

The hosts went above and beyond. I've stayed at other places, but I think these were my favorite hosts. The house was really clean, comfortable beds (and couch). The bathroom and kitchen are both newly updated and very clean, that's one of the main things that makes you feel more comfortable at a house. Especially the bathroom. Melissa was so sweet. I highly recommend this house to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

We had a beautiful Easter weekend at Menika’s place! She was super nice & helpful our entire stay & even checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The neighborhood itself is so nice & quiet. The home was clean, modern & very spacious. We had 6 people plus a child in our stay & there was plentyyyy of space for us all to hang out comfortably. We were even able to BBQ using the grill on the deck. I would 100% recommend staying here. I bet in the summer, this stay is an even better!

I stayed here with my wife, her dad, and our baby. I felt safe leaving my wife and baby to work a late-night job with her dad. It’s in a safe neighborhood, and it’s close to downtown and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

The house was the perfect place for our weekend wedding dress shopping getaway! The kitchen was well stocked making it simple to cook for our small group and the coffee syrups were a great welcoming touch! Beautiful natural tone modern decor throughout the house with cozy touches in every room that made it a very relaxing place to stay!
