Julia was excellent with her communication - quick and responsive. Her directions included photos and arrows to make finding the apartment a breeze! The apartment is cute and very private with everything needed to make it a home. Within walking distance of 1-5 blocks, there are multiple restaurants and a few bars, plus museums, shops, groceries, and a couple of parks. It is right downtown, but it is a small building with easy access. The sounds of traffic felt more like white noise than a disturbance. The bed was wonderful. It was perfect for me.

We loved our stay in Anchorage at Julia’s little loft. It felt like being in a well designed European loft near the heart of town. Easy to walk into town for food, coffee and local activities. Museum across the street is a fun perk. It can be a little noisy at night (road traffic) as it’s on a main road but Julia provides ear plugs and a white noise machine. We didn’t find it bothersome at all. Very clean. Julia is super responsive and thoughtful. Easy and private/gated parking which is nice. It was a great home base for our Alaska trip!

Nice, clean and great location. WiFi was a bit spotty. There are two units and it was difficult to figure out the correct unit in the dark. But it really is a nice place.

Kristie’s place matched the picture, and we felt very lucky to pick the spot to stay for 2 days. We went on some good hikes near Seward and the hot shower and a clean bed were exactly what we need by end of the day. Also, the place has an assigned packing spot, and is nearby Starbucks, Safeway and bunch of gas stations. Great stay overall, we will pick this place again if we visit Kenai again!

Spruce Haven is a beautiful place. It’s quiet in a beautiful setting. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, and recreation. We always enjoy our stay.

Great spot, perfect for me and my girlfriend for our visit to Seward. Liz was very communicative, and it was really close to downtown. The place had everything we needed for a few day stay. Would definitely stay here again.

this place was just wonderful. Adrienne was a wonderful host and she helped us in every way possible with recommendations of places to go to things to see and things that we could all do. The space is cozy but for our use having the kitchen which was well stocked the comfortable beds and this wonderful fireplace was all perfect
