Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful just as photographed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Host was very kind, responsive, and attentive . The place is very charming and lovely, just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful and inside a nice neighborhood. 10 mins off of I-95 which was great for us to get to other places quick. The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Gaby’s place! It was spacious and clean, and the duplex neighbors (Gaby’s parents) were so kind to our kids. We used Homestead as a jumping off point for the Everglades, the Keys, and Biscayne National Park, and were pleased by the tasty local food options and quiet neighborhood. Gaby was a great communicator.

This place was amazing! My family was quite impressed and totally enjoyed. The house was neat, amenities were available as stated, instructions were clear. Backyard space was great as well. We would have fully take advantage of the space available if we stayed longer. Our hosts, Reese and Isabela, were very responsive from day one and quite accommodating, and provided frequent updates and reminders, where needed. I highly recommend!

I was impressed as to how quickly she responded to any issues (There was only one).We had a small issue with a wall A/C unit and it was repaired in a timely manner. I would stay at this location in the future. All of our needs were met. Thanks!!

Unterkunft in Top Lage zum Strand und Ocean Drive. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern. ☺️

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Other than the noisy neighbors, this was a great place to stay before our cruise. Marco was super friendly and helpful.

Helena’s place was very clean and felt like a little home. She was very friendly on any questions we had while we were there. The area was very peaceful and that helped a lot if you have kids with you.

Great place and location. Very accessible, parking right on front, and the area around lauderdale by the sea is great!

Hillary excelente anfitriona y el apartamento es muy cómodo, organizado y limpio. Solo recomendaría ser muchísimo más claro en el ingreso al sitio. Probablemente a la gente joven que manejamos tecnología se haga fácil el ingreso, de pronto personas mayores no lo puedan hacer tan fácil. Ejemplo : Tablero interno del acceso al apartamento.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Un departamento IMPECABLE ! Todo lo necesario, en perfectísimas condiciones de uso y limpieza. Con decoración moderna, mobiliario, textiles nuevos. La vista es preciosa , con llegada hacia el mar.

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
