A true gem! Its impossible not to be impressed by the mountain views that this place offers, for me it's one of a kind! You can see they care a lot about the house, the movie theater is a lot of fun and adds a lot to the house, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the arcade and the hot tub are the cherry on top. The host was nice and responsive the whole trip! I would love to come back and spend more time in this amazing home! Don't think twice, just book it

We had a great stay at Chris’s house! It has all the modern conveniences but is warm and comfortable, and fits well in the neighborhood. The location right on the cove has great views from the living area and the bedroom. The house is very well appointed with comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen and a great king bed. Heating system worked well and water pressure was good. Filtered water from the refrigerator was a plus. Washer/dryer came in handy, and parking was easy. Boothbay Harbor is quiet in the off-season but it was great to not have crowds and traffic. It’s an easy walk to downtown and some restaurants and shops were open. We had breakfast at Woodsong Market (great coffee too!) and dinners at the Boathouse and Brady’s - both were very good. The house was also a good home base to visit other towns - Southport, Bath, Brunswick, Rockland and Belfast. Thanks again Chris for sharing your terrific home!

This property is incredible and Paula is an amazing host!! The property is perfectly situated steps away from downtown Camden. The interior has been completely renovated and the decor is minimalist and modern. We spent 3 weeks at the property during the Thanksgiving holiday and it was like a home away from home. The modern appliances, stylish decor, and thoughtful accessories are all top-notch - not what you typically see in an AirBnB. Paula was an exceptional host, she responded quickly whenever we had a question and was tremendously gracious when our plans changed during our stay. We'd highly recommend this AirBnB and look forward to staying with Paula on our next visit.

Jonathan and Lisa were wonderful hosts! We stayed 3 nights to enjoy some Spring skiing at Saddleback. The home was close to town and a quick drive to Saddleback mountain. The house is perched high on a hill overlooking Rangeley lake. The downside is that the driveway is steep and icy (this time of year due to the recent March thaws) but the view and sunsets are breathtaking!! For an additional fee, you can enjoy their newly built sauna and whirlpool. So relaxing after a day of skiing that we booked it twice. The house has all the comforts of home. Being culinary masters, we had a bit of a struggle in the small kitchen. But certainly most everything you need to prepare great meals. Communication with the hosts was excellent and timely.

We chose this adorable house in Rockland for our second annual book retreat! It was the perfect size for the three of us with comfortable accommodations and lots of places to sit and relax and read. The beds gave us some of the best nights sleep we’d had in a while and the living room was great for late night conversations and movies! The location was perfect and we walked into town every day for a little adventure! Alicia provided us with so many incredible recommendations for spots to try in town. One week here just wasn’t enough, and we’re already looking for reasons to come back! Maybe for the Lobster Festival?! Overall, this was a fantastic stay with a wonderful host!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding venue. Kim was great at communicating what was needed for us to use her place as a venue. The location was absolutely stunning! The home was clean and easy to check in. A few things that need to be more clear is the sleeping arrangements. There are only 3 bedrooms. The rest of the sleeping areas are pull out beds in common areas. It can sleep many people but they all have to sleep in the downstairs together. For this reason, it was a little pricey. We don’t regret renting this place for our venue and are grateful for Kim letting us check in early. Kim was a great host!

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of 10 friends and had the best time! Before we arrived, Emily and Anthony sent over a super helpful list of instructions along with recommendations for things to do in the area. They were also really responsive whenever we had questions, which made everything super easy. The location is great with a beautiful water view! While we mostly hung out at the house, we made a grocery run and everything we needed was just 5–10 minutes away. For anyone wanting to explore more, they even had a binder with local recommendations, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us. We especially loved the bonfire setup and the awesome selection of board games—it made for such a fun and cozy weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!
