The location is IDEAL, 2 minute walk to town (relieves the stress of finding parking) and 1 mile to the beach. BEACHPASS included for Kennebunk Beaches. This 1950's cottage has been renovated with Simple coastal charm in mind. New queen bed, mini-split, full kitchen and bathroom (made private by a thick curtain) your own deck/patio area with seating and grill. All the essentials are here for a stress free beach vaca! Not reccomended for those with dog allergies as my Dog has lived there.

It is also a net zero home which will keep you nice and warm or cool. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, large tiled bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed. Large deck off the back and a patio. Our home, a renovated 1930’s Maine summer cottage, is located 1 mile from Kennebunk beaches and 1.5 miles from dining and shopping in Kennebunkport’s Dock Square. Close to golf, nature trails and only a 1/2 mile from the Mousam River for fishing and kayaking, it’s a great location to take in all southern coastal Maine has to offer. The cottage provides plenty of outdoor space, so come relax, dine on the back deck and take in the night sky with s'mores by the fire pit.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
