Captain's Cottage - Bowers Beach

This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 8 people per stay. 1,750 sqft of indoor space, a front porch and fire pit area will give your group plenty of space to relax during your visit. Your kids will love the playground, and basketball court across the street. Home includes 4x full size beds and 2 full baths. Home is about a 4 block walk to the beach entrance. Enjoy the included bikes or 6 person surrey! House comes equipped with a charcoal grill, beach chairs, and firepit.

This large 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in charming magnolia boasts a large, gourmet kitchen, finished basement, and an inground pool. The large island in the kitchen with an adjoining dining room allows for plenty of space for enjoying meals. The finished basement has a theater and game room perfect for an evening of family fun! The primary bathroom has a large soaker tub, double sinks, and a shower. Make lasting memories with all this home has to offer! No parties allowed at this property.

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Mini Aruba Glamper

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.
