Centrally located in farm country just off of Rt.1 just outside of Milford. Close to Delaware Turf. We are 20 minutes from the beach. With enough space for everyone. Grab a book and relax in a massage chair, play board games or cards, kick back and watch a movie in one of two family rooms with cable TV. This entire house on this working farm is available all year except for a few weeks in the winter. Large grounds and pavilion. The house is located on a 500 acre farm and is very private. There may be hunters in the fields but it is very far from the house. Please ask if you want to access the fields . There are Large yards for outdoor use and plenty big enough for most activities. There are pastures for horses, cows, chicken runs, goat pens and kennels for dogs and barn cats roaming around.

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. The new full bathroom with spa shower is just steps away from the trailer. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. We have an additional 6 person tent if in need, an additional 25.00 per person a night plus 30.00 setup fee. 2 night min on tent rental. The bathroom is not in the Rv.
