Lovely stay here in a beautiful countryside location just outside of Favisham. Hosts were extremely accommodating and left a little Easter gift for us on arrival

Great little place situated in little village with 2 cafes and a pub. Definitely visit Lime Wharf Cafe when you're there. Very well situated for many historic properties and the Kent & Sussex Railway.

The loft is in a fantastic location in the old town and is a real home away from home. We came here to get some peace and quiet and Suzanne's apartment really offered that. It felt like a little oasis!

Thank you Louise and Johnie for such a relaxing, beautiful retreat. The studio is stunning, clean and so well equipped. We enjoyed walking in the woodlands outside the property, and we had a wonderful day bird watching at Rye Nature Reserve. We would definitely recommend the studio to our family and friends. Letterbox Retreat was a great base from which to explore the local area. The loft accomodated us, two adults and two children, comfortably. We prepared some meals in the compact, but fully functional kitchen. The weather allowed us to explore all the corners of the garden, and many hours were spent bouncing on the trampoline and cycling back and forth along the drive on our bikes. We would happily stay again.

This was by far My favorite place to stay at any Airbnb so far. I had a wonderful time. Daniele is such an interesting, kind human being and is wonderful to talk to. I felt so comfortable in his home and I felt very much at home. The loft was so cozy, cute, relaxing, and carried good energy. I slept great here. It was very quiet and chill. Everything was clean, organized, and super intentional. The stars on the window closures added such charm. Every morning I awoke to the beautiful sound of birds chirping and was kissed by warm sun beams once I opened the top 2 windows. It was lovely. The location was perfect. Not too far from the centre and in a quiet, calm, nice environment. And there is a library right up the street! I didn’t want to leave just yet hahah. Thank-you so much, Dan! Such a beautiful home, we really enjoyed our stay. A lovely 25 minute walk along the sea front into town, or a 5 minute drive. Also only a 4 minute walk to a free sauna on the beach where you can cold plunge in the ocean or a lido - absolutely the highlight of our trip!
