We were back again at Liam and Harriet’s property. We absolutely love the place and would recommend to anybody visiting the area

Stayed here for two nights while attending a friends wedding nearby. Great location also for some bird watching around Rutland Water, especially the Ospreys at Lyndon. Accommodation was perfect, set in a beautiful walled garden. We had everything we needed and the place was pristine. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

This house was perfect for our needs as a base to explore Warwickshire and visit friends. The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

We all enjoyed our stay as very close to all our amenities .But was very modern,clean ,spacious home .Will defos stay here again and thankyou again Paul for the early check in as was good to just get organised for our birthday party that night. Many Thanks Gail and Familyxxx

Our stay at Little Beech in Evenley from April 28 to May 1, 2025, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, beautifully presented space that radiated tranquility and comfort. The setting is peaceful and private, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the cozy interior decor to the well-equipped amenities that made us feel right at home. Waking up to the serene surroundings was a joy each day, and we left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. This is a truly special retreat, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

An amazing place, loads of space, carved up beautifully into separate kitchen (with huge larder, and utility room with chef's oven) massive dining room, same size lounge but very cosy, with all the bedrooms and en-suites you would need, even a separate annexe if needed too. An indoor heated swimming pool, with showers, changing rooms and a separate entrance off the beautiful garden tops it off! Great location for dog walks, and the local pub, coffee shop and convenience store, this is a must stay!

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

Really nice place to stay if you are in Loughborough for a few days. A nice neighbourhood with close access to supermarket, coffee shops and a 30-40 minute walk to the town or University. Would wholly recommend!

A beautiful and very cosy cottage in a lovely little village. Elizabeth was fantastic from the moment of booking, really friendly and helpful. The hamper was a really nice touch and bringing treats for the dogs was very thoughtful, they definitely approved! Ample parking, very easy to check in. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. Reclining sofas, very comfortable beds, a great shower. Well equipped kitchen. The garden was perfect for our dogs. There was not one single fault with our stay and I was rather sad to leave! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much 💕

Another great stay at Caroline's place. Very relaxing in beautiful countryside close to Foxton Locks. Great to have all the provisions especially the bacon and eggs.

Wow! What a fantastic lodge and fantastic hosts. The views of the reservoir are simply stunning. Will and Ella couldn’t do enough for us. We had the best time and will be returning in the future for sure. Thanks again guys

Loved our stay at the cottage! It was the ideal setting for us to celebrate Christmas with our family. Especially the dining area was very spacious. The living room was lovely and cosy. Lots of walks nearby, great village pub and other villages to explore.

We had such a lovely one night stay here. Enclosed garden so the dog was able to go in and out as they pleased. Perfect time of year to see all the animals - even got to hold a baby lamb!! Milk in fridge from farm, really comfy bed and the facilities are so clean! Loved the decor, a perfect place to chill and relax. Went to the falcon pub for food which was delicious. What a wonderful stay!!!! Just be careful of the boiling tap! Was quite difficult to use.

This stay was amazing. 15 min walk to a Morrisons. 20 mins to the train station. 15 to the town centre. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Had everything I could have needed and more. Not a single issue in sight. Definitely coming here again if I come back to Banbury. Thank you very much for the lovely stay
