Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Kinghorn Town Hall is a listed property with plenty of fascinating history. The apartment has a beautiful and spacious living area that has been traditionally styled. There are three bedrooms: first bedroom has a kingsize bed, second has two single beds, and third room has a king bed with an ensuite. We have provided all of the amenities required to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment is an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh and beyond or exploring the wonderful Fife Coast.

Kinghorn is a lovely seaside town in Fife with 2 sandy beaches. Part of the Fife coastal path, there are many excellent walking routes. The property is a one minute walk to the nearest restaurant and bar, which also overlook the Firth of Forth towards Edinburgh. Kinghorn train station is a 4 minute walk with only a 40 minute journey to Edinburgh.

Bright, sunny apartment directly on the seafront in Kinghorn. Just 3 minutes walk from the train station and 35 minutes by train from Edinburgh, this is a delightful, relaxing retreat with access to the city still on hand. This was our second home and we have decided to open it up to airbnb. It has lots of home comforts including cosy beds, a comfy lounge with smart TV, fast wifi, large American Fridge, ice dispenser, microwave, washer dryer. Towels, bedding and essentials included.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Ord’s Loft - Old Town Historic Apartment

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. The outlook south over the courtyard is Holyrood Palace, Arthurs Seat, the Scottish Parliament and the Old Town while to the rear it looks up to Regent Road and Calton Hill.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Bread, milk, cereal, butter, jam, coffee and tea are all provided along with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge.
