The apartment has a bedroom, a separate bathroom, a kitchen and dining area; perfect for a single person or a couple. It is located in a gated community and 5 minutes walking distance away from the beach and centre.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE JUST BEHIND OUR PROPERTY. Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking on the entire property.
